Thanks so much for this lovely review. We are so glad you had a lovely stay and would love to welcome you back next year. Thank you for the feedback regarding parasols. It’s quite difficult for us to provide these as we have irrigation on the grass that can be easily punctured. We have the large covered terrace for this reason but will look into a potential solution for this. Thanks again. Look forward to hearing from you soon and meanwhile take care.

Hi and thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you had a problem with dogs barking locally. We have never had that before and not had this feedback from other guests. I am here at the house now and, as you do anywhere in the countryside, I have heard an odd dog from time to time but we have not heard constant barking. I am very sorry this was the case during your stay. I can only assume something was going on somewhere. Thank you for staying at our villa. Kind regards Kerry

Hi Oscar. Thank you for your comments about our house and gardens. I am so very sorry to hear that one of our toilets was blocked and that this meant that you have is such a low review. As you can see from all our other reviews this kind of thing has never happened before and we have always had great reviews. It wa one of those fluke occurrences that unfortunately happened on your holiday so I am sorry for that. I have spoken with the agents and unfortunately the drain was blocked due to guests flushing items down the toilet causing an obstruction. I understand that my agents attempted three different ways to unblock following your reporting on the Sunday until it was finally sorted I believe on the Wednesday. I’m sorry this took so long but they did their very best due to plumber availability. Kind regards Kerry and Philip

Thanks so much for your lovely kind words. Always an absolute pleasure having you stay at our house. Thank you for looking after it like it’s your own. Hopefully will see you again next year. X

Hi there. Thank you so much for your lovely review. So happy you enjoyed your stay at our villa. Hope to see you again some day. Kerry and Phil

Thank you for such a lovely review and kind comments and for visiting our house again. I am so pleased you had a great time. What a shame about the weather. So unusual for early September especially given the opposite on the uk. I really hope it didn’t spoil anything for you. We would love to see you again. Meanwhile take care. Kindest regards Kerry and Phil

Thank you so much for the lovely review. We are so happy that you had a great stay and that our agents at Happy Homes looked after you well. Thank you for alerting us to the pool tiles, we will sort those out asap. Meanwhile enjoy the remainder of our British summer. Safe travels home and we hope to see you again some time.

Thank you for leaving a review. We do pride ourselves on having a five star rating so we are disappointed to see a four star without any further information. It would be really helpful if you could let us know what you felt we could have done better. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for choosing to stay at our house in the Algarve.

Hi there. Thank you very much for choosing our house. I am so pleased you loved the property. We do clearly state that the pool is not heated so I am sorry you were not happy with this. The beaches are a fifteen minute drive from our house so I hope you managed to make the most of them in the lovely weather. Thank you for staying with us. Kerry and Phil
