Ce charmant bungalow est à quelques pas de la plage et également de briser l'entrée. La maison dispose d'un concept ouvert avec salon qui comprend une télévision à écran plat avec câble, un lecteur DVD et un accès wi-fi. Le combo cuisine salle à manger peut accueillir 6 et comprend de nouveaux appareils. La maison a un nouveau système de CVC, une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal et de nouveaux appareils de cuisine. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes, toutes deux avec de grands placards. La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche.

La propriété a une cour spacieuse avec terrasse, grill et salon extérieur qui est traité contre les moustiques. Lavez le sable de vos orteils ou de vos pattes avec la douche extérieure. La cour arrière n'est pas clôturée mais nous fournissons un coureur de chiens. Le parking comprend un abri pour 1 voiture et jusqu'à trois voitures sont autorisées sur le site. Le bungalow de 1 étage est au niveau offrant un accès facile.

Linge complet et service de nettoyage inclus.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle plate, vaisselle, casseroles et poêles et un pot Crock.

Le centre-ville IOP est accessible en marchant et en pénétrant dans la crique et le restaurant Boathouse n'est qu'à 3 pâtés de maisons. C'est le meilleur endroit de l'île pour les couchers de soleil et l'observation des dauphins. Nous pouvons fournir une liste complète des restaurants, attractions et sociétés de location.

The host was always quick to respond to any questions. The property had every amenity we needed and more. You couldn’t ask for a more pet-friendly place to stay. Very short walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The price was great and the location was excellent. The house has a ton of character, and it was better than all the mega-sized houses in the neighborhood. We would 100% stay here again. Also, the restaurant recommendations from the host were spot on.

The house was nice and clean and is larger than appears in the pictures. The yard has recently been fenced in which was nice since we brought our dog. The house felt very safe and had everything we needed. It was a few minutes drive to Harris Teeter which was convenient. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I thought so we ended up driving down to the Coconut Joes area to park. We had alot of beach chairs/ accessories and my husband wasn’t with us to help. In the afternoons, I would walk my dog from the house to the beach and it was an easy walk when not carrying a bunch of things. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

Great stay!

We needed a place last minute after selling our home and Jakes place was just perfect! The house is extremely cozy and we enjoyed having her outdoor patio. Easy walk to the beach, too!

Dog Friendly and Convenient

This is a great place to stay in a convenient location with all the amenities you need. It’s nothing fancy, but if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head and maybe eat a meal in between enjoying the surrounding area, this is it.

This place is convenient location, it was tidy and had everything we needed including some beach chairs, boogie board, etc. this is not your top of the line decorated place, as reflected in the price, but suited our family perfectly!

Very helpful close to the beach

One can walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes; no need to cross major thoroughfares. The beach is not as crowded as closer tot he main pier; it is a short walk away from the inlet separating Palm and Sullivan islands, where a pod of dolphins would sometimes feed.The property manager was very accessible, reacted quickly and efficiently to our requests.

Perfect for IOP Exploring!

IOP vacation

The property was perfect for our needs. An old school beach house that’s hard to find since Hugo. I’m a disabled vet, and needed a place with no stairs. Also a great backyard for the dog. We could get all around the island on a golf cart, and a great beach 2 blocks away. I’ll be back!

We had everything we needed in the house. The location is convenient and it is a very short trip to the beach, shops, restaurants and Mt. Pleasant for all your needs. We would stay again!
