The Neighborhood:
Tucked away on a peaceful street yet close to the heart of Preston, the apartment is under a ten-minute walk from Fishergate shopping centre, along with a great choice of bars, cafĂ©s, and restaurants. Head the other way and youâll reach the River Ribble in around ten minutesâideal for relaxing walks through Miller and Avenham Parks.
Getting Around:
With its central location, much of the city can be explored on foot, while local buses run from the end of the road for added convenience. The main train station is just a ten-minute walk away, connecting you to destinations across the UK. Guests travelling by car will benefit from easy access and included on-site parking. The stunning Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are only about an hour away, ideal for a scenic day out.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
