Victoria cottage was well-equipped, clean,, super comfortable bed and lovely kitchen Stairs were advertised as steep - we found them to be totally manageable. A great base from which to explore North Norfolk. Area around the cottage is super quiet and peaceful.

Gorgeous little cottage! Spotlessly clean. Lots of thoughtful touches like ice in the freezer and milk in the fridge. Ticked every box for the 4 of us (4 adults)

Couldn’t have been better!

I cannot fault anything about our stay at Victoria Cottage, it was super clean and comfortable and everything you could possibly need was supplied! The decor was beautiful and all the furnishings of such great quality. The location was brilliant for exploring, in the countryside but not too far away from anything.

Home from home!

Beautiful property with everything you need whilst away from home! The welcome package of local produce was a lovely touch too. The kitchen is fully equipped with LITERALLY everything you would need & each room had some lovely homely touches. Great location in a quiet area with some lovely walks, and only a 10 minute drive away from some beautiful local beaches. We had a wonderful stay.... we just wish we had booked longer than a week!!

Wonderful time

Our family of 4 have just returned from 4 nights at Victoria Cottage Exceptionally well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. SO good to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Good parking - we came in a large VW van - but would recommend reversing on. Nice outdoor space. Ideal base to explore the area. Would highly recommend.

Convenient

Well maintained and up to date. Location was paramount for my stay and didn’t disappoint. Had everything you could need and more. Driveway was a little tricky with my 4x4 as safest option was to reverse in but nothing I couldn’t handle. Nice quiet and private location.

From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect.A lot of time and effort has gone into making this an ideal holiday cottage - also helped by the weather!The house was spotlessly clean and there was everything that we could possibly need. With some properties that we have rented in the past we have been disappointed with the amount of of crockery, glassware etc - but here, there was an ample supply.Our bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water with a large walk in shower, and there was parking right outside the front door, making it easy to load and unload your car. Previous guests have mentioned the stairs, we had no problems with them, they are a little steep, but if you take your time, you’ll be fine (and I have artificial knees!)We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it!

You can really judge a great host by how they handle unexpected situations. We had a slight problem with the hot water, but Anna handled it instantly and efficiently without disrupting our day. Thank you so much for the wonderful care!
