Récemment redécoré! La vue va vous étonner! Beach House 442 est au coeur de l'île de Tybee! Beach House 442 est un condo au dernier étage, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique! Réveillez-vous devant les magnifiques levers de soleil surplombant la plage et détendez-vous le soir au son des vagues depuis votre balcon privé. Le condo est situé dans le complexe Beachside Colony Resort qui propose trois piscines communautaires dont une chauffée, un accès direct à la plage et un restaurant sur place, The Deck.

Le salon du Beach House 442 est confortablement meublé et offre une vue spectaculaire. Il comprend un accès au balcon couvert, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et un canapé-lit Queen. La table à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes et la cuisine entièrement équipée dispose d'un bar pour 2 personnes. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables empilables situées dans le couloir avec une salle de bain complète à l'usage des clients. Ce condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre sur vos vacances à la plage.

C'est un endroit idéal pour 2 couples ou familles en voyage. La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit King size et offre son propre balcon privé avec vue sur l'océan. La salle de bain principale attenante est dotée d'un ensemble douche / baignoire. La chambre d'amis a un lit Queen size et une salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne.

Pour les groupes voyageant ensemble, envisagez de combiner le Beach House 442 avec le Beach House 432, directement en dessous, pour une occupation combinée de 12 personnes.

Il y a un ascenseur idéalement situé dans ce bâtiment à proximité du condo et les escaliers sont également à proximité. Ce condo accepte les animaux domestiques. (N'oubliez pas que Tybee Island n'autorise pas les chiens sur la plage.) Vous serez situé juste en face du parc Memorial, avec sa cour de récréation, ses terrains de volley-ball, ses terrains de basketball, ses terrains de tennis, sa bibliothèque et le YMCA.

Ce condo dispose d'internet sans fil pour les clients. Il y a un parking sur place pour 2 véhicules. REMARQUE: Les grands SUV peuvent ne pas s’intégrer dans les espaces de stationnement, en particulier en haute et haute saison. Beachside Colony offre une chaleur de piscine entre octobre et mars. La chaleur de la piscine est disponible dans une seule piscine et est chauffée en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de la mécanique et n'est pas une commodité garantie.

Great beach place

A beach view and the location made the condo an ideal place to stay, along with the the restaurant and pool next door. The condo had everything we needed during our short stay.

Very clean, well decorated spot! Can’t beat the beach access! Could use some additional glassware, but everything else was just right!

VERY NICE LOCATION

Beautiful area of Tybee, lovely decor, TVR could have been a little better, unit needed furniture stains cleaned, mattresses and bed frames replaced. There were beach amenities at the unit that were unexpected, so it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Wonderful location. Property overall was nice and convenient.

Beach amenities at the unit are on a property-by-property basis and change often, which makes it difficult to relay this information. Nice place, pools, restaurant on site, umbrella service, rental company easy to deal with. Condo could use some updating, especially the kitchen. Furniture is stained but it's all clean and well maintained. Good value.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Started out-no door code. Called to get code. Person wanted to argue. Finally got code. Entered condo to find it filthy. Grit & dirt so bad it could be heard when walking. bottom of feet black if went barefoot. Couch cushions in chair—black dog prints on them. Had to use sheet on couch. Crumbs all over chairs. No trash bags. No parking permits (required-or towed). 2nd bath shower caulk missing. Multiple light bulbs not working. Doors with small holes. Broken Blinds. Balcony railing rusted. Main bath tub faucet difficult to turn off/on water but also loose—continuous loud dripping water. Went to off site office to get my parking permits. Told them room dirty. Wouldn’t clean it. Informed them about bath faucet and concern about breaking—wanted fixed ASAP. Have multiple properties—put in work order—don’t know when it will get fixed. Asked for manager-not available-sent them request to call u. Entire stay—Listened to loud dripping faucet w door closed. Poor sleep. Few days later—bath faucet breaks—water wide open flowing—will not turn off. Call office. Will put in work order. 35 min. To convince them this is emergency. Ask for manager. Not available. Tech was prompt. Asked them why they never came to fix. Tagged to fix after you left. Umm…NO. Solution. Turn off water. Bc type of problem Couldn’t fix until we left. Couldn’t shower. Had to turn water on long enough to flush toilets. Was told that since our stay was almost over we couldn’t be moved.
Worst rusted rail piece. So sharp could cut.

The little safety pieces to prevent holes—we’re making holes. Took pics of everything. I didn’t want blamed.
This is how water was running and faucet would NOT shut it off when they would not send tech as emergency. Took 35 min of pleading and arguing to convince them that it was emergency.

Beautiful getaway

Was nearly perfect. Nice condo. Amazing view. Perfect proximity to the beach. Decent, but small pool. The condo itself is nicely furnished, but could use some new pots and pans.

This condo was clean, the pictures were actuate, and the bathrooms were both large. It was close to both restaurants and shops and a very easy walk to the beach . We will stay here again.

Great place

Very nice will definitely stay again and even recommend. To help you stay on top of what could turn out to be a big problem We did see a few bugs in the kitchen and Master Bath. Having lived the south myself I know you have to stay ahead of the bugs.

The room is as exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful view and located close to parking and pool area. We also loved that they had beach chairs and toys. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Pools were small, but never super crowded. Beach was also not crowded and family friendly. Only complaints are there were a lot of knobs and handles that were lose, beds weren’t very comfortable and the floors seemed to be a little dirty. Overall great experience, we will be back. Check in and out process was a breeze.

Spent 10 fabulous days in this lovely condo. Loved absolutely everything about it. The best location on Tybee - everything is within walking distance. Great parking - covered or not, you decide. The condo itself is amazing. Two big bedrooms, two bathrooms, long hallway, fully stocked kitchen, huge living room. Shower in the guest bathroom deserves a special mention. There are two balconies. Both offer a lot of privacy and spectacular views. As for the rental agency, this was my third time renting from them. Great experience. Everyone is very friendly, answered my questions (my many, many questions) and made suggestions about things to do (or not do lol) in Savannah and on Tybee. 5 stars all around!

We loved Beachside Colony and our condo (Beach House 442)!! It was clean, comfortable, extremely convenient and had all the amenities we wanted/needed to make a great beach trip! The furniture and decor was so cute and cozy, the view was great and we loved having The Deck downstairs for drinks and food. Only thing I would recommend is a DVD player and/or options for streaming movie rentals, but other than that it was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!!

Condo was good but the weather was not so much!

The condo was pretty much what the pictures showed! Needed more places to hang towels and other things in the bathroom. Liked that it had a combo lock and that you didn’t need to carry a key around.

The property is very well maintained. Clean except floor was dirty, other than that we had no complaints. Will stay again when we return to Tybee Island. We try to make at least one trip a year. We
