Located in the fairy-tale historical "Villa Bice", this wonderful apartment boasts a fantastic view of the lake and a private garden area within the park that surrounds the entire property, guaranteeing privacy to its guests for a relaxing and nature-friendly stay. The view of Bellagio, known as the "pearl" of the lake, the snow-capped mountains in the winter, and the whole territory, creates a sense of peace and tranquillity.

❤ Apartment Anna is located in the municipality of Griante, a 20-minute walk from the town of Menaggio.

❤ It is located on the first floor of Villa Bici.

❤ Composed of: living room with sofa bed, dining room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

❤ Laundry room with the washing machine is located in an external room.

❤ The villa is surrounded by a beautiful communal garden.

❤ Part of the garden is private - a great place for summer lunches outdoors.

❤ Free uncovered parking space for 1 car.

❤ To access your apartment:

- Get the apartment keys in the lockbox, as indicated in the link you received.

- Open the gate with your remote control which is linked to the keys.

- Go up the small road for about 500 meters. Please, be careful as the width of the narrow street is only about 2.50 meters.

- The car park is at the bottom of the lane, on your left. Please take the external seat, on your left.

- To access the apartment you have to go up the staircase (about ten steps) located on the left of the building and then cross the small bridge that takes you from the parking lot to the entrance for a couple of meters.

- Your apartment on the entrance floor is to the right.

Outstanding lake view

Check-in was easy and we had no issues during our stay. The gardens on this property are incredible. If you have luggage and aren't driving a car to the property, be warned that there is a long walk up the winding, uphill driveway. That said, the view from the window is absolutely stunning. I spent a few hours in total staring out the window. At night it is also incredible for gazing at the stars over the mountaintops. We didn't end up needing to use the laundry facilities during our time there. If you don't have luggage, the walk up/down the entrance of the property can be shortened with some footpath shortcuts that route through the beautiful garden scenery. A fan was provided for us which was very appreciated. Refrigerator access was also a huge plus. If staying at Lake Como again, this would be my first thought for where to stay. The window view is, again, absolutely stunning.

This house has an undoubtedly amazing view. If you have a car, go for it, no doubt. Great for a family, since there's lots of space. Things to know: It's not in Mennagio, it's in the middle of Griante ad Mennagio, which means food options are not an easy walk. It's 20 min to the closest restaurant with a few metres or walk on the highway. The apartment itself felt so old, like someone's old place that wasn't updated. There is no AC but there are fans that worked well for us. There is a bus stop just outside, but there is a single bus that comes every hour. So if you are traveling on foot, you just need a bit of extra planning. We loved the view! Thank you.
