Excellent property and Michele was extremely helpful. If you don't have a car ist about E 25-30 into Como, and Uber seems to work well. There is also the ferry terminal at the bottom of the hill, which we used The supermarket is not far away, but just be prepared for some steep stepsJust a lovely location, quiet with a stunning view.We really enjoyed our stay. This was an incredible place to stay. We loved every minute of our stay here and only wish we had more time. Our host was in constant contact with us and always there for us when needed. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time in Italy and it did not go unnoticed. The place was very clean, decorated so lovely and had an amazing balcony overlooking the lake. We enjoyed every night of our stay. The AC was a blessing!

This was the cutest place… with such a stunning view. So many thoughtful decorative accents- and the balcony view out to Lake Como was so impressive. We were also surprised by and evening viewing of a firework show over the lake from our balcony.

A very nice, charming and clean apartment on Lake Como, equipped with everything you need for a short vacation. Michele is a great host; he provided a lots of useful tips and made every effort to make your stay comfortable. Parking is a bit tricky, but it always worked if you don't have a very big car. Highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is perfect, is set up with everything you need, and you cannot get a better view of the lake from the terrace. No better way to enjoy your morning coffee! We had to do a bit of work and the WiFi was amazing as well. Just at the bottom of the hill (a quick walk that you get used to) you will find lake access, an amazing little market, as well as a wonderful restaurant right on the water perfect for sunset. Michele was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. 10/10 stay, will definitely be coming back.

Michele was an accommodating host, and the quaint apartment overlooking Lake Como has spectacular views which were beautiful in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The terrace patio was incredible for meals or a nice bottle of wine from the nearby and amazing little market (La dispensa) for the town within walking distance from the apartment. The market owner spoke English and was so nice to suggest types of pastas and sauces as well as wines and samples of cheeses to go with fresh sausages. There are a number of stairs to walk up from the town's central square where the bus stop is so that you can get to Como for 6. It is a much shorter walk to a parking lot where a taxi is able to pick up/drop off. Michele met us at the parking lot and helped carry our bags up the stairs. One note. Driving up the steep, narrow, winding and sometimes one way hills is not for the timid. There is a washing machine, beautiful kitchen, and lovely view from the living room. What more could we have asked for?! It is much less than the nearby Mandarin Oriental which is 1,400 / night. My wife booked a spa day there though and I sat at the patio and enjoyed the lake view. On our first day we were tired from traveling, so we ordered a restaurant meal and supplies through Deliveroo app which is like Doordash in the states. This apartment is as advertised, and we highly recommend it!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Blevio, in der es an nichts fehlte. Besonders toll ist die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Comer See. Michele stand bei Fragen stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Die Parksituation (und die Entfernung vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung) sind etwas herausfordernd, aber wenn man den Dreh raus hat, geht es.
