SW France luxury 4 bedroom villa with pool

This charming stone mansion has been renovated to luxury hotel standard. Set among vineyards, with no near neighbours, it has a stylish yet relaxed ambiance. There is a heated swimming pool, barbecue and TV room.
There are four stylishly decorated bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and views onto the gardens.

The ground floor has a grand dining room, well equipped country kitchen, comfortable lounge room and TV room, as well as two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional guest toilet.
Upstairs are another two large bedrooms, also with ensuite bathrooms. These are accessed by a staircase. All the rooms have views onto the gardens on either side of the house.

All of the house and grounds will be available to you, apart from an additional locked bedroom suite upstairs, and the owner's private apartment at one end of the property. If the owners are staying in the apartment, they will maintain a discrete presence during your stay. However, will be available to assist if needed. Otherwise the property manager can easily be contacted.

You will be met by either the owner or the property manager and shown the house. If you have any questions during your stay, then we can easily be contacted.

It is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of SW France. Sainte-Foy-la-Grande is 6 km, Saint-Emilion is 30 km, Bergerac is 45 km and Bordeaux is 70 km.

Extra cleaning and linen changes are available on request, at an additional cost.
