The lower ground floor is dedicated to entertaining, here you will find a fabulous Sauna, Gym equipped with Spin bike, mats, bench with weights and a wall mounted TV, with hdmi cable so you can connect to your favourite exercise class, also a walk-in Shower room.



The Cinema Room complete with authentic cinema seating, your personal cup/popcorn holders.

There is a small Private Courtyard garden, accessed from the ground floor, This can not be used after 9.30 pm, so that our neighbours are not affected by noise.
