Dear Deniz, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify one point regarding the bedrooms. The rooms do have natural light, but this historic masseria has unique architectural features that are typical of traditional Apulian buildings. Two of the bedrooms were originally the old stables and are accessed through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Because of their original layout, the rooms extend in length and do not have additional side windows. The third bedroom is located inside a traditional **trullo**, the iconic conical stone building of Puglia. Its walls, built entirely from local stone, can be over 1.5 metres thick, and it is naturally illuminated through its large entrance glass door. These are authentic architectural features that have been carefully preserved and are shown in the listing photos. We are also very sorry about the humidity. Unfortunately, the first months of the season followed an exceptionally rainy winter and spring in Puglia, which left the ground unusually damp and made it difficult to completely eliminate the humidity before your arrival. Since then, we have taken additional measures to improve ventilation and dehumidification. Finally, we sincerely apologize for the temporary water and electricity interruptions. These were caused by unexpected issues with the local utilities and were beyond our control, but we completely understand the inconvenience they caused.
