Profitez de notre maison. Terminé en décembre 2006. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le grand porche enveloppant et écouter l'eau qui passe. Ruisseau situé de l'autre côté de la route. Profitez de votre café du matin ou profitez de vos repas sur le porche. La maison a un accès facile et beaucoup de stationnement. Pont arrière de la salle à manger / cuisine pour profiter des grillades en soirée.

Vous pouvez faire des excursions d'une journée et visiter la maison Biltmore, Gatlinburg pour faire du shopping, Cherokee, faire du rafting au Nantalahala Outdoor Center, 10 minutes pour voir les élans, et apporter ou conduire vos motos et affronter la queue du dragon (à environ 50-60 minutes) . Beaucoup de manèges pittoresques dans la région.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We very much enjoyed our stay here and are already thinking about when we want to come back. The view is hard to beat, the location is close enough civilization but far enough away that you get the serenity of seclusion. The porch on the main level is perfect for toddlers because it's closed off at both ends. The bedroom setup was great! I will say the beds were pretty hard and could use a topper but it's not a deal breaker, we still slept well! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed.

Thank you. As it states you are 3600 ft up the mountain. But you are also on a 2 lane State maintained paved road and not one of the many roads that are 1 lane up the mountains. Almost all the roads in the mountains have some curves to them.

Great little summer get-a-way..........

We very much enjoyed our time here. It rained just about every day we were there, so having a comfy place with activities was ideal. Loved the privacy and the feel of being secluded in the woods, but still close enough to town. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Great Place

This listing was everything that was advertised and more. We did not have any issues and it was very clean and spacious. The game room was wonderful to have with the kids when it was raining. Absolutely loved this place!

Great Vacation Cabin

Great rental! The cabin was really clean and everything was in great shape. All of the activities in the game room were in great shape. The owners were really easy to work with and made sure that you had a great time in their house. My friends and I would absolutely rent this cabin again.

Beautiful House

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The house was clean and comfortable. We even got to see a little chipmunk eat corn!!! We loved this house!

Family time

Great time with family. Beautiful setting. Did lose electricity one day after a storm for a good part of the day due to a tree falling on a wire,but weather was cool and comfortable anyway.

Awesome place to stay!

My husband and I and our two little kids travel to Tennessee & North Carolina every year for Thanksgiving with our family. We absolutely LOVED this location and the house. It was beautiful, stocked with everything we needed and plenty of towels, bedding, etc. one of our favorite parts of the house was the neat master bedroom’s giant bathroom and closet! Kathy was an awesome host and very timely on responding to any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again and recommend others too also! The beds were also comfortable! Thank you Brown family!!

Great place, but beds too firm

We absolutely loved staying here! My only complaint are the beds. Everyone in my group said the same thing. The beds were not good. Again every thing else was absolutely wonderful.

Thank you, unfortunately, beds are very subjective as an owner we try to have everything comfortable for guests, but unfortunately that does not always happen, as my husband has a bad back and we tend to have our beds a little firmer, for him. Haven't really had any complaints, just a mention about them being firm. Our goal is to make sure all guests are pleased with their stay and safe, like having signs that say no climbing on the retaining wall or down the side of the hill, for safety and for making sure kids do not damage the vegetation that keeps the hills intact from erosion. Getaway in the mountains

Very peaceful! Plenty of room for the younger kids to play and room for the older kids to hangout.. House isn’t completely handicap assessable, however the first floor is, so my father-in-law was able to come as well!

The property was clean upon arrival and everything worked as advertised. The game room is great for kids and the hot tub is a real plus. The owner was helpful and responsive. The only negative was their their inflexible return policy for items left behind.

But, housekeeping has to use, their time, gas, monies to return items to guests and $30 is standard for returns. If I had been there, I would have been happy to return, but, I depend on my housekeeping to manage the returns and I honor their policy for that. Thank you again.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this large home! It was perfect for our family of 7. The owners/managers were incredibly helpful and patient as a family of Southeast Texans figured out how to live in a Winter Wonderland with snow and ice. Communication was so quick! I'd say they were the best hosts we've ever experienced. We would not only recommend this house, but hope to stay here again! Thank you to the Browns!

Snow Adventure

My friends and I had a lovely long weekend here full of snowy fun. I would highly recommend paying attention to the parking instructions since that helped ensure none of our cars got stuck in snow. The was the perfect home base for skiing all day and they coming home to a nice soak in the hot tub! We had a great trip and Kathy was quick to respond to any question we had.

Good Stay

Nice home, has many amenities. Home is easy to get to, area is good. Kids had fun playing ping pong and hot tub was nice. Hot water in kitchen is a trickle and takes about 5 minutes to get hot, we ended up using the kettle to heat up water to wash dishes. The mattresses in the 2 bed bedroom were tough to sleep on we could feel the springs when on them. Also, make sure to be very clear on the trash policy and dumping places. Others than that everything was good.

After your report of the hot water, which had never been mentioned before, we have had the kitchen faucet replaced to correct. The trash policy is very clear in your Rules & Regulations, as well as the housekeeping directions, provided in your welcome package, as well as the locations are posted on the side of the refrigerator. I have never had any comments regarding the mattresses, either. I will check them out when we go up next week. Thank you

We are a couple who loves the mountains and are goal is to retire there soon. Maggie Valley has always had great memories for me, as my grandparents took me there every year when I was a child. I always told my husband when we could build a retirement home, it would be there. I hope that my grandchildren have as many fond memories as we do. Every time we visit, there is something new to see or do. We enjoy riding motorcyles with our friends through all the great rides in the area.

We built this home because my grandparents always took us to Maggie Valley, NC when we were kids and I have continued that summer vacation with my kids and now my grandchildren. I have always said if the opportunity was available, we would definitely build in NC. I am truly blessed with being able to live that dream.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are close to Asheville, Gatlinburg, TN, Nantalahala, and Cherokee. You are no more than 45 minutes in any direction. We are just up the road from the national park and love to drive up to see the elks in the evening. Nothing beats having your meals on the front porch listening to the sound of the creek.
