DESCRIPTION: Belle maison de bord de poteau et de pittoresque avec un cottage adjacent d'une chambre, tout près de l'entrée de Seawall du parc national Acadia, du pays des merveilles et du port des navires pour les amateurs de randonnée. Home dispose d'un grand pont qui s'étend sur toute la largeur du côté de l'eau de la maison avec un spa à quatre personnes sur le pont. La maison est très privée, située dans une longue allée et surplombant une plage rocheuse et la voie occidentale, avec des vues lointaines des montagnes de l'Acadie. Offrant des vues sur l'eau de chaque pièce et d'un niveau de vie, c'est une maison pour tous les âges. Les terrains sont aménagés avec des plantations matures, une pelouse pour les activités de plein air ainsi qu'un chemin vers la ligne de rivage.

DISPOSITION: UN NIVEAU: Buanderie avec laveuse-sécheuse. Généreux plan ouvert, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salle de séjour creusée. Grande chambre de maître avec un lit queen-size, salle de bains avec baignoire principale avec baignoire surdimensionné et douche et accès au pont à partir d'un ensemble de portes coulissantes en verre. 2ème chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, une salle de bain attenante de 3/4 avec grande douche à l'italienne avec barres de sécurité. Cette salle a également accès au pont via un ensemble de portes coulissantes en verre. AUTRES: Chalet accueillant qui se trouve à quelques pas de la maison principale - il offre 2 lits jumeaux (peut être joint pour former un roi), des plafonds cathédrale avec ventilateur et une salle de bain complète. FOOTTAGE QUARTIER: environ 2400

We really enjoyed our stay in Seawall. The property was gorgeous and waking up everyday to the sounds of the waves was magical. We stayed with 3 young children and would definitely recommend this property to families!

What a peaceful and beautiful location! We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked it again for next year. The house and cottage were perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. The hot tub was a nice bonus at days end. We enjoyed viewing the full moon as it rose over the water and beautiful sunrises. The deer were frequent visitors. The house is beautiful with a homey feel, well equipped and very clean. We loved putting together the jigsaw puzzles and noticed a full array of games and books for every interest. The location was perfect for accessing Bar Harbor (tip- pick up the Island Explorer bus from Hulls Visitor Center to beat the parking fees) as well as hiking all over MDI. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect relaxing getaway!

We had such a lovely stay! The deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after long days of hiking, and we spotted deer, sea lions, and turkeys! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and we couldn't have had a better time.

Another Wonderful Stay

Thanks for another wonderful stay at your beautiful house. Location is great for exploring the "quiet side" of Acadia and the house is very clean and convenient for 6 guests. Being there for the super Sturgeon Moon rising over the water was amazing. We can't wait to go back.

Seawall Retreat

Lovely retreat with excellent views! Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware needed to make meals. Plenty of room for a family of four to each have their own space. We would stay here again if we are visiting Acadia in the future.

This was our second time at the property. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a beautiful view of a working harbor with excellent sunrise views right in front of you. The proximity of all good things on the “quiet side” is convenient. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped for a cooking if you choose. The property and setting is private and quiet. I think the deer remembered us from last year!We look forward to returning as our schedules permit.

dream come true rental

So rare that a property exceeds expectations. What an absolutely gorgeous spot—well appointed, clean, seamless check in, attention to small gestures like new bedding and big fluffy towels. Cannot recommend this house and the proprietors highly enough.

Great location for exploring Acadia

Great location for exploring Acadia and to relax after a day of hiking. Nice views from the back deck, hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped (we couldn't find the corkscrew, but I'm guessing we just missed it). It is a bit of a drive to get to a large grocery store, so plan accordingly. You can find smaller shops offering basics closer by. Overall a lovely place and would stay here again.

Incredible views and so peaceful

The minute you walk into the home, you can feel that this is a well loved family home. It is a quiet secluded spot of paradise, central to Southwest Harbor and numerous hiking trails. We had such a lovely time again in this beautiful home - with its comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and stunning views. Thank you again for another wonderful stay, we cannot wait to return next year.

Beautiful retreat

As others reviews mention, pictures don't do it justice. Lovely, quiet retreat, easy drive to SW Harbor and Acadia. We had a fantastic time. (Friendly suggestion: couches could stand to be replaced).

Erich, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. I was there with my family a couple of weeks before you and we all agree that the couches have come to the end of their very long lives. The good news is that a new sectional is on order, but won't be delivered until winter some time. Better seating next year! Victoria

Great location, wonderful ocean views

Quaint older style cottage(s) located near Seawall. Lots of wildlife (saw deer multiple times per day). About a 15 minute walk to Seawall, 10 minutes to the General Store. Bonus that each room has their own bathroom. Hot tub on deck was nice to use in the evenings after long, active days in the Park.

The best

Everything about this house speaks of the sea, from the ocean outside your door to the knick knacks. The location is private but close enough to bass harbor and southwest harbor to be convenient. Makes you feel like youve been summering here forever!

View from the deck was amazing. Location 20 minutes to Bar Harbor. Wonderful trails everywhere. Charlotte’s lobster right around the corner. Seriously- watch for the deer right around there!

Love this place

a fantastic location, private but convenient to everything. Wonderful watching the lobster boats setting out in the morning fog, or a regatta from the local club from the hot tub! The cottage is superb, casual but well appointed - where else can you find a 'le creuset' dutch oven or Henkel knives in the kitchen? Owners are friendly and responsive, as are the team who keeps up the property, which has had many recent upgrades. Can't say enough about the place.

Peaceful paradise

Each year we return to this beautiful and peaceful spot of paradise. This house is a well loved home, with comfortable beds, sofas to relax on and an outside deck overlooking the water with truly magnificent views. Whether you love hiking, pottering around the local stores or just sitting outside enjoying a good book, this is the perfect place to be! MDI Fall visit

Visited for our anniversary and wife's birthday. Beautiful setting. Peaceful surroundings. Greeted almost every morning by deer in the yard. Convenient to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor but can escape the crowds. Definitely would return and recommend!

Room with a View

Setting was spectacular. Home was quaint which we loved….kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies you would want/need. The only suggestion would be a king size bed for the main bedroom which would accommodate a person that was 6’5” in height. Loved our stay and would come again. ❤️

A little bit of heaven

Loved the cottage and location - close to everything on the island but private and surrounded by nature. Deer make an appearance daily, close to SW Harbor and the Quiet Side of Acadia National Park treasures, warm sunrises and ocean air, watching regattas from the deck, and everything you would want you can find at the Erhart Cottage! 5 star in my book!
