The penthouse has just bean refurbishedwhich combines high tech and modern interior design.

Florence has strong links with Ferrari and our Penthouse has unique Ferrari memorabilia which we hope you can share our passion and enjoy.


Situated in the heart of Florence 50 metres from Goldoni square 7-10 minutes from train station SMN by walk . Few minutes by walk from Ponte Vecchio ,Duomo,Uffizi ,Gallery and yet in a quiet and calming surrounding.

You will able to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany atmosphere or a delicious dining arranged by our Italian chef with culinary tradition going back 150 year ,listen for the sounds of Florence, beloved historical sites, and elegant luxury shops await. Gaze out over the Florence Cathedral while sipping wine or embark on a vineyard tour to taste even more of Tuscany’s finest.

Wonderful property! Excellent location close to everything and on street with shopping such as Gucci, etc. Hot tub and terrace were a fun bonus for my family!

The flat was in great condition and our host, Liza was amazing, so accommodating and helpful. Liza helped coordinate a driver for our party for an all day excursion, and translated for us all day. Best host ever!!

Amazing property in Florence

Newly renovated, quiet, wonderful 3BR with 3BA, w/d, kitchen, rooftop deck and great working A/C in hot weather. Perfectly located for sites, shops and restaurants (coffee, gelato). Russell the manager was the absolute best!! Responsive and friendly and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and anything we needed. Did all the little things like welcomed us in person and arranged for help with luggage to/from unit which is walk up. Will absolutely come back again! Bravo

Liza & Russell are AMAZING hosts!

The apartment is located close to restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery and everything you need within walking distance. Liza was amazing to communicate with, and when I told her we were traveling with our 1 year old daughter, she got a portable crib, bathtub and even some toys for us! She and Russell greeted us at the wine bar right next door, and treated us to some prosecco, which ultimately set the entire tone of our stay in Florence. There are a lot of stairs to get to the penthouse, but they arranged for our bags to be carried up upon check-in and brought back down during checkout. Would 100% recommend!!

If I could leave 10 stars I would!

From the start it was FANTASTIC! Liza nd Russell are some of the most gracious and available hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They met us with a porter.to carry our luggage while we enjoyed a prosecco with them. And I only got better from there. Fabulous layout, with a huge tv, and F1 memorabilia! Very cool place and better than the pictures. The lighting on the rooftop was divine as was the hot tub! We enjoyed several nights up there. Comfortable beds and each room had a bathroom with each, this was very convenient. We had one night that the water heater did not work. Liza and Russell had a plumber knocking on our door within 45 minutes...on a Tuesday night at 8 pm!the flat and the hosts are top notch
