The only thing that is not clear in the listing was the Tourist tax and providing passport information other than that, it was very enjoyable, we would stay there again.

Thank you for your review! In Italy, every host renting out a property is required to request an ID document from each guest and collect the mandatory tourist tax (6,00€ per guest per night). The host is obliged to submit both the ID details and the total tourist tax amount to the municipality where the apartment is located. This was a very nice property in a great location. The host was outstanding and incredibly helpful. We had a very nice day and would consider staying there again. It does have a little more than 50 steps, but the host helps with luggage which made that much better.

This apartment is large, comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely! Very convenient location to shopping, museums, the Ponte Vecchio, etc!. This is a third floor apartment, but the stairs were not an issue for us. Great hosts that were flexible on check in time and met us at the property to get acquainted. We would definitely recommend eating at New Bridge pizza next door. We had a wonderful experience.

This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed in Italy! WOW! The space is huge, the decor is beautiful, the bathtubs are a dream! And the location is prime!!! Walking distance to everything and you can see the Duomo from the front door steps. We were very happy and would definitely stay here again and again!

Perfect location, large bedrooms and very clean! Our host was very responsive and polite even leaving us a welcome bottle of Prosecco! It can be noisy in the evening but you are in the city so that should be expected. The 55 stairs up was not an issue. I would stay here again and would recommend.

The property manager coordinated check in even with our changing travel schedule. She met us there and had our bags carried upstairs which was a great plus. The apartment was wonderful. We had a family of 8 traveling and everyone got their own space. The washer and dryer were wonderful to refresh our clothes and get ready for the next leg of the trip. The location was on point. It was two blocks from the Duomo and very convenient to all the attractions. There were coffee shops nearby and restaurants if you didn't want to cook. Excellent apartment for a stop in Florence.

This is a lovely place to stay in Florence, within walking distance of all of the key sites. We were traveling with family - 8 adults - and we had plenty of space, comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and all that we needed, including a local grocery store just down the block. We visited during a heat wave, so really appreciated having AC when we returned from exploring each day.

Excellent Apartment in the heart of Florence

We were very pleased with our stay in the apartment. It was very well equipped, very clean, and very spacious. Great sites and restaurants were within easy walking distance; the Duomo was just a five minute walk! We would stay there again.

Great location!

What a great location, In the heart of Florence! Such a beautiful spot with unique features of the home. Although the sauna was not available for us during our stay it’s a great touch after a long day on the streets! Don’t miss out on this unique location!

Great for families just steps from the Duomo!

Very impressed by the property! Stayed here on a family trip with three adult couples and one other adult and it was perfect. Bedrooms are well equipped with extra blankets and towels, very clean, and excellent location in the heart of Florence just steps from the Duomo. The laundry was an added plus for an extra stay. We were even able to access the apartment early and they helped us carry it it suitcases up the stairs!

Fantastic location, beautiful flat

Wonderful flat, just minutes from the Duomo. Check in was easy, on time and incredibly friendly. Only negative is Monday night the pizza bar below the flat can get noisy. Other than that beautiful, spacious and a great home base for your stay in Florence.
