Oriuolo 10 – Live in the heart of Florence! Spacious 200 sqm historic apartment, 4-min walk to Duomo. Bright, charming, perfect for families or groups.
(NOTE: 2nd floor, 55 steps, no elevator).

THE APARTMENT:
- Four spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds (two also include a single sofa bed)
- A big living room with a romantic mezzanine
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining table
- Three bathrooms with showers
- A relaxing infrared sauna (available 1st Nov – 31st Mar)

The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Please note, there is no elevator, as the building is historic.

LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY:
Just 4 min walk to Piazza del Duomo, 9 km from Florence Airport and 1.5 km from Santa Maria Novella train station.
Located in a limited traffic zone, paid parking nearby is recommended (less than 1 min walk).

CITY TAX:
At check-in guests will have to pay the city tax which amounts to €6.00 per person per night (children under 12 years are excluded).

GUESTS & CHECK-IN:
The no. of guests in the reservation must match the no. staying in the apartment.
Guests must present a passport and sign the short-term rental contract at check-in, as required by Italian law.
After eight guests, each additional guest pays an additional tax of €100 per person per night.

This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed in Italy! WOW! The space is huge, the decor is beautiful, the bathtubs are a dream! And the location is prime!!! Walking distance to everything and you can see the Duomo from the front door steps. We were very happy and would definitely stay here again and again!

The property manager coordinated check in even with our changing travel schedule. She met us there and had our bags carried upstairs which was a great plus. The apartment was wonderful. We had a family of 8 traveling and everyone got their own space. The washer and dryer were wonderful to refresh our clothes and get ready for the next leg of the trip. The location was on point. It was two blocks from the Duomo and very convenient to all the attractions. There were coffee shops nearby and restaurants if you didn't want to cook. Excellent apartment for a stop in Florence.

Perfect location, large bedrooms and very clean! Our host was very responsive and polite even leaving us a welcome bottle of Prosecco! It can be noisy in the evening but you are in the city so that should be expected. The 55 stairs up was not an issue. I would stay here again and would recommend.

This is a lovely place to stay in Florence, within walking distance of all of the key sites. We were traveling with family - 8 adults - and we had plenty of space, comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and all that we needed, including a local grocery store just down the block. We visited during a heat wave, so really appreciated having AC when we returned from exploring each day.

Great for families just steps from the Duomo!

Very impressed by the property! Stayed here on a family trip with three adult couples and one other adult and it was perfect. Bedrooms are well equipped with extra blankets and towels, very clean, and excellent location in the heart of Florence just steps from the Duomo. The laundry was an added plus for an extra stay. We were even able to access the apartment early and they helped us carry it it suitcases up the stairs!

Wonderful flat, just minutes from the Duomo. Check in was easy, on time and incredibly friendly. Only negative is Monday night the pizza bar below the flat can get noisy. Other than that beautiful, spacious and a great home base for your stay in Florence.

Luxury apartment with sauna near Duomo

The apartment was very nice. AC worked well and was nice to have as we like it cool in our room at night. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own room. There was plenty of hot water for us to take showers at night for the 6 of us. We would stay here agin when in Florence as it was centrally located. We walked to everything we wanted to do.

Amazing location and facility

Great location within a few minutes walk of the Duomo, the apartment is just as described in words and photos. We stayed from Monday night through Friday morning and did not notice excessive noise from the pizza shop below as a few others did. Note that you are 2 levels above the street, so there is an apartment between you and the pizza shop. That’s why there are the larger number of steps as defined in the word description. Truly a wonderful place.

Excellent location and great communication with host!

This trip to Italy was planned many months ago and the host Elisa was responsive to all my questions from the very beginning. She gave great instructions on how to meet at the apartment when we arrived in Florence and even provided us with a gift basket after check-in. The location Is AMAZING (you can see the Duomo from the bedroom!) and the apartment was extremely clean. There is a washer/dryer available for your dirty travel clothes, an adorable kitchen with table for coffee & croissants before your day of touring, and then a comfortable living room with smart TV to chill at the end of the day. The teenage boys enjoyed the foosball table in their bedroom and our tween niece loved the board games in the loft! A real find with a great host. Don’t miss this opportunity in Florence with Elisa!

Great place for a large group

The place was great!!! The rooms were roomy with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked. The sauna was an added bonus for us as well. Mila met us for check in and she was so helpful and kind. Whenever we had a request for supplies, they responded very quickly. It got pretty noisy at night with people at the street level. When you closed the windows it shut out most of the noise but you could still hear it. Also, it is on the 4th floor so there are some steps. It was helpful when we arrived that someone from the place was there to help us get our luggage up all the steps. We only had to move the luggage in and out so it wasn't too bad. I definitely would recommend this place to stay at. It was so close to everything.
