The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a lower-ground-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a first-floor sitting room with Juliet balcony, Smart TV with Freeview and a CD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double with en-suite shower room, a lower-ground-floor king-size and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, hot tub, and a small pond, and a private driveway with parking for five or more cars. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop and pub. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a travel cot is available.
