Hoya - 3 bedrooms and terrace in Trafalgar

Feel right at home in this spacious 113 square meter unique property in the heart of Madrid. Resting at the heart of Madrid's Trafalgar neighborhood, Hoya is the perfect place to take in the natural greenery of Plaza Olavide and soak up Spanish culture. After a stroll through the streets of Madrid, there's nothing better than relaxing at home.

Not only does Hoya feature 3 bedrooms, there are also 3 bathrooms. All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. Two of the bedrooms contain queen size beds, and one with an ensuite bathroom; the third has a twin size bed. All bedrooms have doors that open to a French balcony. All three bathrooms are chic and functional in design with a walk-in shower.

Hoya’s mountain theme is evident in the open plan living room and kitchen area due to the exposed wooden beams running across the ceiling. There is a full entertainment system and a table for four. The kitchen has been stylishly decorated and boasts ample space to prepare food in. For the summer months, Hoya offers air conditioning throughout the space for maximum comfort.

Step past the mountain forestry of the living space to discover Hoya’s terrace, fitted with an outdoor dining area and lounge area; the location is perfect for taking in the spectacular cityscape of Madrid. Connected to the terrace is an office space with a dedicated workstation for those working remotely. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
