This is a terrific flat in a great location. It is exceptionally clean. And I particularly like having the host meet us and make sure we get settled in. That along with the well-equipped apartment makes it feel more like the experience you hope for when renting through VRBO. The only thing I would mention is that the apartment is on Fuencarral, which is a busy street. But they do have good noise mitigating windows and shutters. We are planning to be back in Madrid next year and look forward to staying here again!Bravo y gracias!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Isbelia Bera Santos

Image de profil de l’hôte
Born to a German father and Uruguayan mother (Basque roots), was raised in Argentina, Trinidad, Uruguay, Afghanistan and Perú, when I turned 17 I left home to go to college in the UK. A Global Nomad, with a very unique upbringing, have seen things few people have, that chiseled me to be the person I am today. Growing up all over the world teaches you to appreciate the richness of different races, religions, languages and cultures. I'm sharing my home, for you to enjoy Madrid's cafes and streets full of life, it's formidable culture and history!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

A happening, hip, lively, gay friendly neighborhood, littered with cozy sidewalk cafes, tapas bars, restaurants, clothing stores, as well as boutiques, and popular markets like San Antón and Plaza del 2 de Mayo, a historic square lined with lively bars and weekend market stalls, a popular meeting spot. It’s home to the Museum of Romanticism, the Museum of the History of Madrid, and several performing arts theaters. At night, edgy dance and rock clubs host live bands and DJs, and the Conde Duque cultural center shows art and open-air movies in its 18th-century halls and courtyards.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

All I can say is please read the reviews, they talk for themselves, here a couple: "We adored Rudy’s beautiful and centrally located apartment in a bustling neighborhood in Madrid. The apartment had great amenities including laundry facilities, effective AC, fast WIFI and a fully stocked kitchen. Upon check-in, Isbelia was kind enough to provide us with great recommendations on things to do in the city, restaurants to visit and general directions on how to navigate the city. The King bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the window shutters were perfect for letting in the sunlight in the morning and blocking out all street noise at night. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay in Madrid. The neighborhood was lively and entertaining with great shopping, restaurants, markets and bars within walking distance. Thank you for the great stay!" Kevin, July 2023 "The apartment was great and very clean. The beds were very comfortable (even the convertible sofa in the living room) and it was extremely convenient to have 2 bathrooms. The location is ideal ; we’ve never took any transportation and did everything by foot and there’s even a nice brunch place just below the apartment. Isbelia was so nice, helpful and flexible, she has great recommendations :) " Jonalynne, June 2023 "Wonderful hosts and flat , perfect for our 10 days trip in Madrid. Amazing location, steps from bars, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Apartment furnished with plenty of kitchen essentials if you wish to cook. Hosts Isabella and Rudy were wonderful providing us tons of recommendations and checked in on us the first few days to ensure we are well settled. I highly recommend this place for cleanliness, roominess, convenience, great place to stay and be in the middle of city! Very convenient to get to most sites...we walked almost everywhere. We would stay here again for sure!!" Teresa, April 2023
