The house is located on the hills and is reachable via private road therefore we strongly recommend all guests who are traveling to Italy by plane to rent a car once landed, as it will be the most convenient mean of transportation in order to get to the villa. (This property is not reachable via public transport). Private gated parking in front of the home entrance is available for up to 3 cars. Pool heating available in the months of September, October, March, April, May, June .

A fantastic spot to experience Lake Garda like no other: the view is so amazing you'll never want to leave. Thanks to the villa's huge glass windows and glass balcony, you can enjoy an unblocked panoramic sight from all bedrooms, the living area, and of course from the poolside.
The exclusive private infinity pool is featuring salt water and can be heated in some of the mid season months so you can also enjoy it in spring and some of the autumn days as well as in the summer season. ( please note the pool heating is available from the 20th March until 5th June and from the 5th September until the 3rd November )
The spacious terrace is equipped with poufs, dining table and chairs, and invites you to spend relaxing hours overlooking the lake and the mountainous landscape.

Several excellent restaurants and a supermarket are 8 minutes drive from the villa. Just a few minutes by car will take you to the shore of Lake Garda with free beaches and a new lakeside promenade and cycle path. Beaches in Brenzone are free of charge and can be found along the lake promenade. The surrounding area also offers the following activities: sailing centre, kitesurfing school, SUP, Nordic walking, boat rental, restaurants, bars, village center.
The villa also features:
