Villa Claudia offers a unique stay experience in the heart of Torri del Benaco, with a large property of 3000 sqm that guarantees privacy and comfort for families and groups of friends. This splendid villa has 7 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

The villa boasts a private 12x6 metre swimming pool, perfect for moments of relaxation and fun. The outdoor spaces are well-maintained and include a lush garden equipped with garden furniture, a large 50 sqm terrace and a beautiful lake view and a fenced land that offers safety and tranquillity.



INTERIORS

Upon your arrival at the Villa, you can access it through a wide carriage gate that leads to a parking area.

From here, access is through a large portico with a long dining table to the first floor of the villa. This floor welcomes you with a spacious living room with a sofa and satellite TV, a dining table and a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and direct access to the terrace that leads to the side terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas and direct view of the Jacuzzi.

In the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a complete bathroom with shower and a room with a single bed. There is also a double bedroom with a complete bathroom with shower and overlooking the terrace with a great lake view.



From the internal stairs, you access the second floor in a large living room with a sofa and dining table and a large external terrace.

The large kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator and dishwasher and gas stove, opens through a French window onto an external terrace that opens onto the large lush garden. Protected with an awning, it is the ideal area for lunches sheltered from the sun.

Completing this floor is the night area with a double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and a room with a single bed.

There is also a double bedroom with a full bathroom with shower and overlooking the terrace with a large lake view.



From the internal stairs, one accesses the third floor where there is a living room complete with a kitchen with fridge, gas cooker, dishwasher and a terrace from which one enjoys a splendid wide view of the lake.

The floor is completed by a double bedroom with bed.



Every floor has underfloor heating and an air conditioning split in the corridor.



The ground floor of the villa is equipped with a spacious garage that can accommodate up to 4 cars with direct access to the floors and a complete laundry room with a dishwasher and dryer.

EXTERIORS

A carefully maintained large garden welcomes guests into an oasis of tranquillity and beauty. The lush hydrangeas, in a variety of delicate colours, harmoniously alternate with other ornamental and Mediterranean plants, creating a lush and flowering green environment throughout the beautiful season.

In the centre of the garden is a splendid swimming pool, ideal for refreshing and enjoying moments of relaxation in the sun, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds. A modern bioclimatic pergola offers a shaded area.

To complete the wellness atmosphere, an outdoor jacuzzi ensures moments of pure relaxation immersed in nature, both during the day and at sunset, with a privileged view of the lake.
