Large apartment next to the town hall of Santa Margherita Ligure, right in the heart of eastern Liguria.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, opens onto a corridor that connects all the rooms. The living area consists of a living room furnished with two sofas, coffee tables and a cabinet with TV, and an independent kitchen with a dining table and a sofa, equipped with many cooking tools, including an oven and a kettle. The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed, a closet and a dresser, the other one with two single beds, a closet and two desks. A bathroom with a bathtub and a shower completes the layout.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 9-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 40 minutes by car.
