Charming newly renovated 2 bedroom vacation home. Welcome to Katerina's place, your "home away from home", featuring all new modern amenities, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Located just steps away from Timenio beach famous for its mud springs and a short 10 min drive to beautiful historic Nafplio.

Parking is available on site as well as local grocery shopping, bakery/cafes in the next town over (3km drive) and a delicious local seafood restaurant right at your feet.

Katerina's place features all new modern amenities, we have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay so sit back and relax.

Outside there is a patio with a dining area as well as an outdoor shower.

Inside:

We have taken steps to provide more sustainable and eco-friendly travel which includes Key card or motion-controlled electricity.

Family Room:

Our smart TV is equipped with cable tv. Have your own Netflix account? Feel free to log in and watch your favourite shows. The couch is a sectional and can be used as an extra bed when sleeping guests up to 5 people.

In the Kitchen:

The kitchen at Katerina's Place is well-equipped for your convenience. You are welcome to use all the amenities provided, including coffee, tea, and other beverages. We have a variety of options for you to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals during your stay, allowing you to have the freedom and flexibility to cook your own meals.

For your safety, there is a fire extinguisher located in the kitchen, easily accessible in case of emergencies. Additionally, you will find some basic cleaning supplies under the sink, making it convenient for you to keep the kitchen tidy during your stay. We strive to provide a clean and well-equipped kitchen for your enjoyable stay at Katerina's Place.

Bedrooms:

In the wardrobe, you will find an iron, ironing board, broom and dustpan, and extra pillows and blankets for your convenience and comfort. You will also find a set of towels provided for each guest.

Bathroom:

You will find individual use bottles of shampoo, shower gel and body lotion We do also provide hand soap. There is a hair dryer, as well as laundry detergent tablets in the vanity cabinet, should you require a load of laundry. A friendly reminder not to flush any toilet paper, feminine products or wipes or trash down the toilet. We run on a septic system.

Heating/Air Conditioning + Boiler:

Each unit works with its own white remote control. You can select heat or cold from the "mode" button, and temperatures from the arrow buttons.

In the winter months if there is no hot water, you can turn on the boiler "ΘΕΡΜΟΣΙΦΩΝΩ" switch in the hallway panel and wait 15 minutes. Please remember to switch it off when done.

Pets:

Approved on request. Small friendly pets are welcome. We ask that you please clean up after them.

Smoking Policy:

We are a smoke free home. If you would like to smoke please feel free to do so outside. Dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

Security and Safety information:

At Katerina's Place your safety is our top priority. We are equipped with a camera outside the property along with an alarm system. We assure you that the camera is not used to monitor our guests.

You will also find a fist aid kit in the bathroom cabinet and a fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen. These are a precaution for your safety and ours.

Nafplio, the first capital of Greece full of history and beauty. Visiting the fortress of Bourtzi built by the Venetians in 1473 (8.5km drive) and the Palamidi (12km drive) also built during the Venetian occupation will not disappoint.
