FAMILY BOOKINGS ONLY. This is an exclusive, modern and spacious five bedroom detached holiday home which sleeps up to ten guests. Located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, this fantastic home is the perfect escape for families and couples all year round. With two living rooms and well-equipped kitchen, the split-level design gives families the space they need to unwind. Enjoy sitting in the fabulous hot tub or taking in the spectacular views, this is the perfect retreat for you.
The house has a private garden with hot tub suitable for up to 7 people and an outdoor decked area with seating. Access to the double garage is also provided for the storage of bikes and other outdoor equipment and the pool table. Also provided for entertainment is an Xbox 360 which is situated in the downstairs living room. Perfect for keeping the children entertained while the adults relax in the upstairs sitting room in front of the wood burning stove where the vast views of the Cairngorm mountains can be enjoyed.

Aviemore is a bustling town surrounded by spectacular mountain and forest scenery with all year round activities on offer including skiing, snowboarding, quad biking, white water rafting, gorge walking, pony trekking, mountain biking and a variety of water sports on nearby Loch Insh, Loch Morlich and the River Spey to name just a few. The nearby Landmark Adventure Park and Highland Wildlife Park also offer fantastic days out for all the family. The list is endless in the exciting town of Aviemore.

I have stayed in many houses,this was by far the best. Spotlessly clean,great facilities. We celebrated 3 birthdays while there. Hot tub and pool and football tables were well used and enjoyed. Would highly recommend this house. Aviemore is a perfect place to stay to explore the highlands. Thankyou sarah

Excellent stay
A spotlessly clean holiday home. Has everything you need to hand for a comfortable family trip. Hot tub and pool table a big hit, as were the social areas of the house. We had a mixed age group and everyone enjoyed.

Tho property is exactly as advertised . Decorated to a high standard . So clean and you immediately felt at home . We had an amazing 3 day stay . The hot tub was a great hit . Will definitely be back

Amazing property for our family group of 10. Spotlessly clean, great facilities including a hot tub and pool table and in an ideal position to walk into the town centre. Beds were very comfortable and all the facilities that we required in the kitchen. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Stunning house, highly recommend
Gorgeous house, perfect for a family of 6 including 3 teenage boys. 2nd living room with games console, well stocked board games, pool table and Hot Tub makes it an ideal holiday home.
Plenty parking and only a 15 min walk from high street. Would def return

3 generations celebrate in style
Arisaig House was perfect for our son’s 40th birthday. It was warm, perfectly equipped and the hot tub was a huge success with young and old. There were lots of games and puzzles, and TVs, to keep us all amused and plenty of living space so we weren’t on top of each other. The whole house was immaculate too.
We stayed 4 nights but could easily have stayed longer, it was excellent.

Beautiful House, brilliant location
The house is fabulous. Clean, massive, comfortable, great location, perfectly maintained and perfect for our stay.
Sarah and the property managers were really responsive leading up to the trip.
The house itself has everything you need for a home away from home. It was spacious and so comfortable, even with 5 adults and 5 kids there was loads of space. The added bonus of Xbox and PlayStation in the downstairs lounge was a hit!!
The hot tub was very well utilised and to be supplied with enough robes and slippers and ample towels for its use was very nice indeed!
One of the best group houses we’ve stayed in…
Location wise it’s set on the edge of the little forest that had some lovely walks right out the back gate, the views over the mountains we loved. About an easy 20 min walk into town or a few mins drive.
Would love to stay again without hesitation.
