Location - Located near to Moulton on a quiet street but close to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in the village.

Bathroom - Fully equipped with bath and overhead shower. There is an additional shower room.

There is a lounge with a large sofa providing a comfortable place to relax with a large smart TV and the dining table with 4 chairs

Kitchen -The kitchen has all the facilities that you need for your stay including washing machine.

Dining Room - Large dining room with dining table and 4 chairs.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and any related charges will be passed onto you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties and we will charge you for the cost of specialist cleaning to resolve.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID.

*The minimum age to book the property is 21. We will cancel all reservations without refund if verification steps are not completed or the age requirement is not met.

SECURITY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER:
We require either a refundable security deposit of £250.00, OR a non-refundable damage waiver of £50.00.

PET POLICY:
Pets are allowed subject to a £100.00 fee to cover any additional associated cleaning costs.
