We enjoyed the terrace and overall layout. Parking nearby was convenient. Somewhat of a walk to the city center but so worth it. Alvina our host is a pleasure.

We spent almost 3 weeks comfortably ensconced in this lovely light-filled apartment. Our host, Alvina, went out of her way to help us. She picked us up in Perugia, where the bus from Rome dropped us off. And then she went to a grocery store to pick up some kitchen staples for us (water, olive oil, vinegar, etc.) Clearly, it was her top priority that we get settled and feel at home. We found the kitchen to be well provisioned with equipment for cooking and eating. Both bedrooms are generous in size, each with its own modern bathroom. The king sized bed in which we slept was very comfortable, and the private patio with a large table and chairs was just perfect for an early evening aperitivo. Two friends joined us for a weekend, and the apartment did not feel crowded with two couples. We made good use of the two bus stops near to the apartment with buses that took us to many places we wanted to go. We also were regulars at the series of escalators, again, quite near the apartment, that took us up to the historic center of Perugia. Were we to return to Perugia, we would enjoy being Alvina's guests again.

Hello Jane , Hello Drew, I happened to be in Perugia at that time, and I was so pleased to personally welcome you and help you get settled. Knowing that you would be staying for three weeks, I wanted to make your arrival as easy and comfortable as possible so that you could feel at home right away, especially since Perugia can be a little challenging at first with all its ups and downs and hilly streets. I also really appreciate your helpful suggestions regarding the kitchen and bathroom and already working on those improvements. Sometimes, when we don’t experience the apartment as guests do, we may not notice certain details ourselves, so I thank you two both. It was a real pleasure hosting you both, and I am so happy that your time in Umbria was so memorable. Thank you again for being such wonderful guests and for taking such great care of our home. Great place to stay

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was amazing! She checked on us constantly and offered us great suggestions for things to do in the area and places to eat. I would absolutely stay there again and again.

This was our favorite home in our favorite town in Italy. This a great place to stay. It convenient to everything in central Perugia. The owners of this place are nice and responsive to questions.

We booked this for easy access to the Jazz festival. It was a great location! We were within walking distance of everything festival related, as well as a grocery store. The house easily accommodated our family with two teenagers. The outdoor space was a great bonus. The host themselves absolutely went above and beyond for us! My husband had a horrible allergic reaction and the host worked so hard for us. Ultimately picking us up, taking us to a doctor and helping us get prescriptions filled. Highly recommend!

Prima appartement in Perugia

Comfortabele woning van alle gemakken voorzien op 15 min loopafstand van het centrum. Ook dichtbij start roltrap naar centrum. Geen locatie voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Parkeren op openbare weg vlakbij appartement is meestal goed mogelijk met aanwijzing gastvrouw. Aardige gastvrouw die snel communiceert.
