Nineteenth-century villa of 300 sq meters situated in the historic center of a village, on three floors with an exclusive swimming pool, that can accommodate 12 people in 6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with shower and 2 guest bathrooms. At guests' disposal a large shaded terrace with tables for eating and a barbecue. The accommodation is also equipped with satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning on each floor, baby bed, high chair. Excellent panoramic position. Public parking.

Outdoors and swimming pool
At the top of the ancient medieval village of Bibbona, on the edge of the main square of the town, there is this ancient residence which has belonged to the owners' family for six generations and has been handed down over time preserving the memory of the past and family affections. Externally we find two gardens, one of which with access from the living room, from the kitchen and from a side entrance that connects to the main square of Bibbona, equipped with tables and a barbecue where you can eat in front of a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills; the other garden develops around the rectangular above-ground pool measuring 7.36 x 3.66 with a depth of 1.20 meters, enclosed within the ancient walls, where you can cool off in the shade of the cedar of Lebanon, and equipped with sunbeds and outdoor shower with hot water. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. The car park is not located inside the property, but guests can stop to unload their luggage in the adjacent square and then use the car park below and go back up to the house via a short staircase.

Interior
The house was recently renovated by the owners, keeping the flavor of the past intact and preserving the original furnishings in its rooms. All electrical and water systems are recently installed. The ground floor opens onto a large hall which sees on its right two double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower; from here, via a steep internal staircase, we go down to the floor below with a large living room with sofas and satellite TV, a dining room with direct access to the very well equipped kitchen, two guest bathrooms, one of which with washing machine and dryer. From the ground floor you go up to the upper floor which overlooks one of the gardens of the house, with a view of the splendid hills that separate the village of Bibbona from Casale Marittimo. Here we find four double bedrooms, with beds with wrought iron headboards, bedsides, tables and chests of drawers from the end of the 19th century. Each of these rooms has a private bathroom with shower, covered with mosaic tiles or Carrara marble. In one of these bedrooms, the bathroom is accessed via a small stone staircase made up of eight steps.

Dimora Etrusca is located in the main square of the historic center of Bibbona, a typical medieval village characterized by narrow alleys, stairways and arches, which take us back in time. The Borgo rises a few kilometers from the sea, in the center of a vast countryside interspersed with suggestive panoramic glimpses towards the coast: It represents a destination that allows you to experience a holiday in close contact with nature. In an excellent geographical position, Bibbona is a good starting point for various excursions in Tuscany offering a unique variety of landscapes: the sea, the rivers, the hills, the cities, the villages... a journey through history, the monuments and good food. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet connection, electricity consumption (but not air conditioning), gas (but not heating), high chair and baby bed, two electric bicycles. On request, to be paid on the spot, possibility of extra hours of domestic help.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.
The house is accessed through a narrow uphill alley. You can stop in the square to unload your luggage. The swimming pool, due to its position in the shade of two beautiful ancient trees, requires 2 daily cleaning interventions (each lasting about 2 hours). The time of the interventions can be agreed with the owner

Activities and Distances
We are in the historic part of Bibbona whose origins are very ancient, the first inhabitants date back to the Stone Age, followed by the Etruscan people of which some interesting finds are still preserved today. An interesting archaeological itinerary winds along the coast: from the Etruscan tombs and buildings in Populonia, to the small town of Campiglia Marittima. All kinds of shops and the weekly market in the square of Cecina at 13 km. Near Bibbona, Cecina offers the possibility of visiting the Museum and the Archaeological Park. Moving from Cecina to the north, you come across the localities of Vada, Castiglioncello and Livorno. It is also possible to spend days of relaxation and fun at the Aquatic Park, the Wildlife Park in Cecina and the playground for the little ones in Donoratico.
