Villa Casa di Barrio located on the BlueBay Golf Resort at BP-71 and only 500 meters from the beach, consists of 2 floors with a total of 5 very spacious bedrooms with private luxury bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fans and have their own outside seating area.

The modern living room with a nice sitting area with smart TV and luxurious open kitchen on the ground floor is directly connected to the porch. By means of a large sliding door, it can be slid open completely, making the inside feel like outside.

The villa is built well on the wind which provides a cooling breeze, the porch offers plenty of shade where you can relax in the lounge set and eat at the long 10-person dining table. There are movable sunbeds around the infinity pool for an ultimate relaxing day at home.

On the ground floor there are two very spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with patio doors to a small terrace. Further in the imposing hall is the guest toilet and a storage room. The stairs take you down to the spacious basement where the three other spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located. Here too you come out on a terrace through the French doors. Downstairs is also a room with washing machine and dryer.

The little bon vivants have also been thought of. The villa has a total of 2 cots. In addition, there are 2 high chairs and a baby bath. The entire terrace has a non-slip tile and offers plenty of shade for the little ones. We also offer the possibility to shield the pool with a fence, so that you too have a holiday ;-)

This luxury villa is located in the beautiful Blue Bay Resort. Enjoy the clear Caribbean bay. Relax on the beautiful sandy beach under one of the palapas. Golf on one of the most beautiful courses. Dine at good and cozy restaurants. Dive, tennis, hike, fitness, sail, kayak, or dance in the sand during the happy hours. Or do nothing at all, while the children are having a good time at the Kids Club. Every day is a paradise experience at this safe and well-kept resort. Casa di Barrio is perfectly located:

Beautiful property in an amazing location! This property was as advertised. We loved relaxing on the patio by the pool and the property was a very short walk to the Blue Bay beach. Very family friendly, we loved the cribs, high chairs, and baby pool fence which were included and made traveling with a 1 year old very smooth

STUNNING

We had 9 people with us! (7 adults & 2 children (7m & 3y). The home was stunning! The breeze during the day while we relaxed on the patio & in the pool were perfect! The beds & baths were all great sizes! a ton of storage for all the stuff we brought! & Even has the baby items we needed! The beach was stunning & restaurants at Blue Bay were delicious too! Denise was always there when we needed her! I asked a million questions & she had the answer for them all! She even referred us to Remy Langereis for a car rental that would get all of us there safely (he has car seats!!) &&& our luggage to the home! We played golf on our course, ate on the property daily, went to the beach, rode golf carts around Blue Bay (rental company will delivered & pick up), & even had a photo shoot within minutes of our home! & It was stocked so well....from the kitchen, to pool/beach sand toys, & even bug spray! Denise I can't thank you enough for helping me make this a dream vaca!!! My entire family just loved you & we appreciate all the help! See you soon!

Excellent Family Getaway

We stayed here as a group of 8, with ages ranging from 1 - 70s. The house was just as pictured online, well-equipped and exceptionally clean. It was an excellent house for a large group, with spacious rooms all with ensuite bathrooms, providing some separation and privacy. The common space that opened completely to the outdoors was a good size with large dining table, couches, pool, loungers, etc. The pool is mostly shaded all day which may be an issue for some but was great for us with kids. The flies at the time of year (January) were significant, but we found it like that all around the island if you have food around you. The house had all amenities you would need, even for babies and kids, including cribs, high chairs, pool toys, and plastic dishes. Denise was there to meet us and walk us through the house upon arrival and was always very responsive when we had any questions. Her husband even came by in the evening when we were having trouble with the TV. The property is a short walk to the beach but does require walking a bit of a hill so if you have young kids or elderly, I recommend renting a golf cart to carry them / your things to the beach. Denise will also assist you with that. We did also rent a car which was useful for getting to the grocery store (5 min drive) and exploring the island.A great benefit to Blue Bay was the private beach with access to the sun loungers at no additional cost. We just stayed a week at this property and it was wonderful! We were met at the house for check in, which allowed us to ask any questions we had about the house. The house had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and beach towels, and enough room for the nine of us to spread out. The beach is just a short walk away but the house sits on top of a hill, so the walk back may be tricky for anyone with mobility concerns. I would definitely book this property again!
