The accommodation is comfortable and the roof terrace is lovely with an elevated view and sun all day long. Only downside is there is a club 50 metres away which is open Thursday-Saturday - you can’t hear the music at all but the punters gather outside in the early hours, sorted with earplugs otherwise all good and would recommend.

Dear Ivan, we are happy to read that you had a good stay with us. Yes, the house is situated in a lively area with nightlife on Fridays and Saturdays. If we had known that you felt discomfort we would have brought some ear plugs for a better experience. Hope you would come back, maybe during week days. Greetings

"Worth every penny"

The property is centrally located in santa catalina. Its a 10 minute walk to old palma and the neighborhood itself has great restaurants. The views from the property made it worth every penny. Check out santina cafe for brunch!

Great stay in Palma

Great location, and good value for our four-day stay. Very clean on arrival. The design of the house is very modern and attractive. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has plenty of storage for your clothes. The heating/air conditioner unit was easy to use, with separate remote controls for each floor. Also, wi-fi worked well. The rooftop is gorgeous, and a great place to sit with some wine and watch the ships sailing in the distance. The rooftop also has a clothesline in case you want to do some laundry. One minor issue– the bed was not quite firm enough for us, but others may find it ok.
