Fabulous house in the heart of Taormina. Check in process was faultless, the host Fabrizio communicated the day before and met us at the property, he also gave us recommendations of the local area and was very responsive. The house is stunning, very comfortable and the roof top terrace has the best view of Mount Etna, an absolute joy. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable, En suite bathrooms spotless. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We are a family of four, used to staying at very nice accommodations and this place did not disappoint. Very clean and spacious apartment, within steps of restaurants, shops and private garage parking just around the corner-the perfect location! Fabrizio was wonderful in directing us upon arrival and communicating throughout our stay. The balcony, sunroom and rooftop space overlooking Mt. Etna were great places to relax, making it very special. Would definitely recommend! Our only regret is not staying longer.

We absolutely loved our stay In the Historic Heart of Taormina! The location couldn’t have been better — right in the centre, surrounded by great restaurants, little shops, and only a short walk to the funicular that takes you down to the beach.A big thank you to Fabrizio, who was such a kind and helpful host. He organised our transfers for us and shared great tips about the area, including some lovely local restaurants we might have otherwise missed. His help made our time in Taormina so much easier and more enjoyable.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to come back to after a day exploring this beautiful town. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taormina!

Above and beyond our expectations

This rental was in an excellent location, central to everything in Taormina. Parking was a bit of a pain, but it was explained before we arrived, so it was expected. Fabrizio met us at the unit to help us check-in, and helped us with our bags. The unit was extremely well equipped and Fabrizio thought of everything we could possibly need or want including fruit and drinks to start off our stay more comfortably. He even provided little tote bags for us to take! Our stay was very comfortable and we would highly recommend to others.

EXCEPTIONAL!! It’s rare when an accommodation exceeds our expectations. This rental has it all - online pictures don’t do it justice. The single family home is tastefully decorated, comfortable, functional, spacious, fully stocked with supplies & centrally located on a quiet street. We easily walked to attractions, dining & shopping. Fabrizio, the host, was very quick & friendly in responding to our communications. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met, including recommending a nearby garage for our rental car. This house would definitely be appropriate for an extended stay. Now a few details that weren’t crystal clear to me from the listing. The first floor entry level has a foyer, two bedrooms w/ample storage & en suite, full bathrooms, private to each bedroom. The 2nd level is accessed by a lovely, but open staircase, which I mention only because it may not be suitable for very young children. The second level consists of a large, modern kitchen with all appliances & dining table. Off the kitchen to one side is a powder room w/a washing machine. In the other direction, also off the kitchen is a TV / sitting room that’s fully glassed in, with views all around & 2 outside balconies flanking the room. In spite of all that glass & the heat outside, the AC was sufficient to keep that room & the entire house COOL. A spiral staircase leads from one balcony up to a rooftop patio w/a lounger large enough to accommodate 2 adults. Overall, a FABULOUS STAY!
