PLEASE NOTE:
- Starting May 21, 2024, Albufeira County will implement a City Tax of €2 per person (age 13 or older) for up to 7 consecutive nights. This tax applies to confirmed booking from May 2, 2024, for stays between May 21 to October 31, 2024, and annually from April 1 to October 31. Guests will pay this tax upon arrival.

- Direct access from the villa to the parking space;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Front office schedule: 09am to 06pm or 09am to midnight (depending on the season);
- Swimming pool;
- Loungers and towels by the pool;
- Garden;
- Fitness center (Not available ALL year round- Only on 01/11/2023 and 27/03/2024;
- Live sport events (broadcast);
- Bike tours;
- Water activities off-site;
- Shuttle service (additional charge);
- Electric vehicle charging station;
- Pets up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs, up to 15 kg per animal are allowed for bookings until May 24, 2023 and October 1 to October 31, 2023. Deep Cleaning Supplement fee is €100.00 and Additional Security Deposit of €500.00 by credit card (pre-authorization);
- Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost (for 1 car per accommodation).

PLEASE NOTE:
Cleaning services: for stays of 5 or more nights, 1 cleaning service is included during the stay (that is, in a 7-night stay, there will be 1 cleaning service, and for 10-night stays, there will be 2 cleaning services).
Should the guests wish to have additional cleaning services, please consider the following extra costs extra or day: V2 = €44,50 (maximum 2h30); V3 = €61,00 (maximum 3h30); V4 = €72,00 (maximum 4h00)

The property reserves the right to ask at check-in for a security deposit to guarantee the payment of any damage or loss of any kitchen utensils or other equipment as part of the Villa inventory. The deposit defined for each villa type is as follows: Villa V2 = € 300 / Villa V3 = € 400 / Villa V4 = € 500

This safety deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card and may be refunded up to 48 hours after check-out, after thorough verification of all the kitchen utensils and villa equipment.
