Dear Myrna, Thank you very much for sharing your review of your stay at our property! We are very pleased to know that you enjoyed the perfect location of the house. We are, however, sorry to hear about the inconvenience regarding the air conditioning in some of the rooms upon your arrival. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system experienced a technical issue during your stay. We fully understand how important it is to have all amenities working properly, especially during the warmer months. While we always do our best to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible, in some cases we depend on the availability of specialised technicians, which can occasionally affect how quickly a repair can be carried out. We are pleased that the issue was eventually resolved, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to address the situation. Thank you again for choosing our property and for taking the time to share your feedback. It will be a great pleasure to welcome you again on your next visit to the Algarve! With our best regards, Home Holidays Team

Really great villa in an excellent location near the old town. Spacious rooms and a good open plan kitchen and living room. Would really recommend for any groups going to Albufeira! Walking distance from the beach and shops and a beach view from the roof and some rooms! Good communication from the host if we had any problems.

Amazing seaside property

We were a family group ages ranging from 1 -89. The were 10 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms, so no one was caught short! The management team were amazing, every request was dealt with promptly and nothing was too difficult for them. Only a few steps from the front and easy access to the beach and old town. Definitely recommend!

Great Location

The Location was great! Really amazing! The home was a good size for our large family, it had plenty of bedrooms. The beach was a short walk and plenty of restaurant to walk too. The management company was very responsive when it came to scheduling transfers from the airport to the home and from the home to Cascais. I gave it a 4 because the management company never fixed the two air conditioners that were not working in two of the rooms. I called Wednesday, then Thursday, then on Friday and still we had no air conditioning in two of the bedrooms for 5 out of the 7 days. I finally gave up. The jacuzzi was really dirty with sand in it and with yellow water and the water was bellow the Jett’s. Maintnance was supposed to come and take care of the issues but never showed up, so we were not able to use the hot tub. Looks like they have problems with maintenance people. Aside from that, everything was great. They even brought a fan on Wednesday night so we could blow the cold air from one room to the non working ac room.

WOW!
