Venez vivre dans le luxe avec des sèche-serviettes, planchers de bois, laveuse / sécheuse DUAL, finitions haut de gamme, cave à vin, surround Bose partout, commande vocale et bien plus encore!

Notre maison dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 salons, cuisine élargie et salle à manger. Beaucoup de stationnement (y compris le stationnement de VR) et un accès facile à l'épicerie, banque, bureau de poste, bibliothèque, cinéma de luxe, et de nombreux restaurants. Plage, Legoland, terrains de golf sont à moins de 10 minutes. Disneyland à seulement 1 heure de route. C'est tout ici!

L'arrière-cour offre une cascade relaxante, un foyer, un putting-green de 6 trous et une variété de jeux de plein air, y compris des fers à cheval et des boules de pétanque.

Vous allez adorer votre séjour ici ..! Communauté incroyable, gens sympathiques, bonne bouffe, vie saine, mode de vie actif, temps parfait, et une belle maison ...

Restez près des superbes plages d'Encinitas et de Carlsbad: Cardiff, Pipes, D Street, Moonlight, Beacons, Grandview, Ponto, la plage de Carlsbad State, Terramar, Tamarack et plus encore! Faire tremper dans le soleil toute l'année, jouer au beach-volley, faire du boogie board, surfer, construire des châteaux de sable, ou s'asseoir sur la plage et ne rien faire ..! Des chaises longues, un parasol, des serviettes, des jouets de plage pour les enfants, des planches de bodyboard et des planches de surf, tout ce dont vous avez besoin, ce sont des sandales et votre maillot de bain!

La maison est à distance de marche de l'épicerie, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, et plusieurs excellents restaurants: Cuisine Beach Plum, Burger Notorious, Cuisine Tin Leaf Fresh, Torréfaction La Costa, Cuisine Daphne California, et Vitality Bowls, tous à distance de marche.

House is in a great location! Easy to zip around Carlsbad and quick access to grocery store, coffee and restaurants. House was clean! There were a couple of minor maintenance concerns that we mentioned to the owner and they seemed very responsive to our feedback. Will keep this home on consideration when we are out to visit our family again!

Exactly just like the description and photos, we enjoyed our comfy stay, grocery store is walkable just across the street, easy access to local attractions. Would love to return and stay there again.

We had a fantastic time at this home. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent — they were friendly, responsive, and made the process effortless. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the location made exploring San Diego a breeze. We had a great stay! The house was exactly what we needed as three colleagues staying in Carlsbad for a few days. The location was perfect-across from a plaza with a grocery store, multiple coffee options, restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable which was great and we had space to spread out and to hang together.

Family Vacation Perfect Location

This property was clean, convenient to shopping and a quick drive to the beach. My favorite place to relax was the beautiful patio. Our family would enjoy visiting this property again.

The location of the property is really great! Within walking distance to the movie theater and some stores and restaurants. We had nice quiet sleeps as well. The house is nice and very well-equipped. A lot of extra touches. Shower in primary was really nice. Having a pod coffee maker in the primay bedroom was perfect! This allowed my husband and I to wake up early and have our coffee without having to disturb others in the house. Also, the beautiful and well-equipped backyard with toys. Lovely gas fire pit! We really enjoyed using the Traeger Grill as well. We made some excellent steaks.There were issues with the power tripping when trying to use the oven. And the large center oval burner not lighting all the way around. Made cooking difficult. I let the owner know and they replied, so hopefully it's been addressed now. The large couch in family room area and the outdoor couch/daybed were quite tired looking and stained. Could use some steam-cleaning or replacement, so we just avoided using those couches altogether. Overall, though the house was clean.

The weather was not the best, but when it was not raining we enjoyed the fire pit and had a few putting contests - it was alot of fun.

This is our second time staying here. Close to Legoland, restaurants, and fun activities for the family. The backyard is well maintained and has lots to do.

This house was great for the 6 adults that were staying here. Great floor plan and seating areas. Need to add some hangers but other than that we were very pleased with everything. Outdoor space was great

The property was clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. There was also an abundance of bath towels, which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I use a lot of towels, and it was so nice to have plush, towels to use.

Excellent property and location

The property was fantastic and location was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the backyard is great. We weren't familiar with the Traeger and wished there was a regular, larger grill. Only other suggestion is to put an electrical outlet in pantry to plug in microwave so we didn't have to carry it out into kitchen and plug in. The property is exceptional.

In town for a wedding

The house is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently close to a major shopping center. It was perfect for our family, well-appointed, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had a minor problem with the electronic lock system and Taylor, our hostess reacted immediately and saved the day :-) We appreciated all the amenities, they were just as they were described, and we would recommend this house to anyone.
