Includes private 2 car garage, high speed wifi, blackout shades in all bedrooms, 2 balconies & enclosed outdoor living space. Train station nearby.

The home was awesome and was much nicer than I expected. Usually the pictures make the home look better than it is but it really was great. The hosts were super responsive as well. Would 100% stay again.

Our expectations were exceeded! The home is extremely clean from top to bottom. The location cannot be more convenient. And having the attached patio is an added bonus. We all loved it and will be back!

Loved our stay, 2nd time!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and as usual we loved it! Perfect for our family with young kids and 2 mothers. The home is beautiful, with great amenities, and steps to the beach and local shops, restaurants and cafes. Communicating with Amy is so easy, she responds quickly & is very accommodating. We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing space and location!

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location was amazing-walking distance to the village and the beach. Best kitchen! I have very high cleanliness standards and this beautiful home met them! And everyone had a comfortable bedroom! Amy is a responsive and friendly host! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Great family 5 Star home in Carlsbad

This is our second stay in this lovely home in Carlsbad. It is in pristine condition with all the amenities you could want. Great secure parking in the garage and so easily walkable to the beach and downtown. Wonderful place to hang out with your family. The host is always available to answer any questions. 5 Stars all around!

Beautiful property for family vacation

This is a beautiful, immaculately clean, modern, spacious home that was perfect for our family reunion in Carlsbad. It is well located for walking but has a 2 car garage and ample on street parking. The amenities were wonderful. Too bad the weather was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy the great outside patios. Amy was a fantastic and readily available host. We would love to stay here again.

Best family vacation ever.

Beautiful condo well equipped with everything. Close to beach, coaster train and great restaurants. Took the train twice to old Town in San Diego, twice to del mar and once to Solano Beach. A must for children. Amy was always available and so helpful. Condo was spotless, beds comfortable, a perfect place for a family vacation (there was 9 of us, 7adults and 2 children.

great place for a family reunion

We had 9 people and this place was perfect in terms of rooms, bathrooms and layout. The house is new, modern and clean. The outdoor patio was also great - one person worked outside during the day. The location is also great - we walked on the beach every morning after getting coffee from Buzzed. The only thing I’d say you should know is that this is a block from a train.track and the train must be required to honk as it crosses, including at night. It didn’t wake me but my kid did say it woke him up one morning. He’s a light sleeper though.

Perfect In Every Way

Four of us rented this property for four days. The property was clean, comfortable, quiet and very "user friendly". We had access to a garage for our car; several patios for morning breakfast and evening happy hour; televisions for streaming movies using our accounts; a well stocked kitchen; lots of towels and bathroom amenities; and air conditioning that worked. We were within two blocks of the beach, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of many restaurants. We had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the beauty and ease of living in this space. We thank you for providing us with such a lovely home.

Great townhouse near everything

This was a new, lovely property right near everything in Carlsbad. A block away from most of the restaurants and bars and a short walk down to the beach. The pictures hardly convey the size and great layout of the townhouse, but it offers four good sized bedrooms (two en-suite) and a large kitchen/living room. While it may not have a yard, there's ample outside space on the patio and the two balconies. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive when there was a minor door code issue. One note of warning - the garage is fine for most cars, however, if you have a very long SUV or truck, it's a very tight fit and will require you to park at an angle to fit into the garage.

Relaxing Carlsbad Vacation

The house was very clean and spacious and modern. The rooms were large and bright. We loved cooking breakfast in the beautiful kitchen. There is a coffee maker with pods provided. The two car garage was very convenient and there were mints and candies :) in a bowl on a table right by the garage entrance.. The bathrooms were really modern and large and beautiful and shampoo and body washes were provided which was very convenient. Very modern temperature, window and TV controls. Location was great just blocks from the beach as well as Carlsbad village which has lots of restaurants and cute shops. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy when we visited but we still walked around the area and had ice cream at Handel’s which is amazing. The house was near a train station but did not bother us at all. Highly recommend and would love to visit again in warmer weather.

Excellent Weekend

Great please and had everything we needed. I really loved how everything was labeled. The location was unbeatable. The house was fully stocked with what we needed and was really clean. Couple of small items, the two smallest rooms do not have lamps at all, dressers, or hangers. This made it difficult to get comfortable in the rooms. They really felt like afterthoughts. The air conditioner was unbelievably loud even with the guest room doors closed. Should not matter most of the time if you are in California. I also may be more sensitive to sound than other people.

Gorgeous hone with fabulous location

My family of 7 spent fall break here and it exceeded all our expectations! The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Amy was such an attentive host, answering our questions and left such thoughtful touches for us which made our stay so convenient! The beach chairs and toys left in the garage were so helpful. We enjoyed being so close to everything— shopping, restaurants, the beach, etc. My teenagers especially loved their late night runs to the nearby 7-11 for snacks. The hot water heater kept up brilliantly with all our showers (quite a feat for all 7 of us showering within 30 minutes) and the kitchen was well appointed for all of our meals during snack time needs! The master bedroom upstairs has a large walk-in closet that would fit a pack n play or two very comfortably. (that’s always helpful info for me to have:) Note the train comes through this part of town so you may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs if you have any extremely light sleepers. We fared just fine. Highly recommend this beautiful home and the hosts to all. Cannot say enough good!

great location and space for the family!

This condo is perfectly situated about 2 blocks from the beach and within a few blocks of great restaurants, cafes and shops! This felt like a very safe neighborhood and our teens were fine walking around town or to the beach themselves. The beach area had lots of kids and families. The only times we drove were an initial run to the bigger grocery store and to visit the Carlsbad flower fields (highly recommend in Spring!). We did drive to the beach volleyball courts down the road just because we had beach stuff/gear but they were within walking distance on a paved path. The property itself was well-equipped. There is a bedroom with bath on the main floor. The other 3 bedrooms were upstairs. All were a good size. Beach towels and some chair and boogie boards were available. We loved having the extra porch space this unit has because it is on the end. The train is about a block away and the horn blows frequently. This is not specific to this property, but seems like it would be throughout the town. We seemed to get used to it pretty quickly. Overall, would definitely stay at this property again!

It's very close to beach and village with lots of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. it's a perfect place to relax and enjoy fun and friendly beach community. It also includes private furnished outdoor living space with TV, ceiling fan and patio heater.
