Unfortunately, this guest arrived and immediately started complaining with the intent to get a 6-week stay, at a premier property directly across the street from the beach refunded. I immediately responded in person and arrived at the property within the hour. The guest initially complained that the stairs were too difficult to navigate and that for his health and safety he could not stay there. It is clearly obvious from the pictures of this home that there are stairs in the home. He then suggested that the home was dirty, yet he only sent me a picture of a stain on the garage floor. I offered to send our cleaners back again, which he refused. He also complained there was not enough glassware, yet would not let me inspect the glassware or accept the new glassware that I offered. He then complained about a rust stain on the toaster, which I immediately replaced and had one ordered and sent to the house. Ultimately, the guest did not treat me with respect when I initially tried to resolve his concerns in person. I directed him to speak with VRBO to try to find a resolution.
