Volcano Places Laukapu Forest Cottage

Laukapu Forest Cottage (LFC) est un studio spacieux, maison de location de vacances fabriquée à la main comme un "travail de coeur".
LFC dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée, avec réfrigérateur / congélateur, four électrique / four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, fournitures pour café et thé. LFC a une salle de bain privée, avec une douche carrelée.
Regardez la télévision par câble ou connectez-vous au téléviseur LCD intelligent. Il y a un téléphone pour les appels locaux. Il y a un wifi haut débit.

This spot is a gem. It is hand crafted and beautiful wood work. So quiet and peaceful with a outdoor area It is located well near the National Park making it easy to come and go. Communication was flawless. We ate in as well as out and kitchen well done Highly recommended

Host provided very thorough info on the property, access and the local area. The comfy & heated(!) king bed with soft pillows was a dream!
Beautiful tropical flowers at the doorway with a homemade gong in the distance was a nice touch to end my daily yoga!

Beautiful condo in the rain forest! The place is clean and very comfortable! The heated mattress pad was wonderful. Kathryn is the most gracious hostess. It was important to her that we were comfortable. The location is perfect; just outside of VNP and close to nearby restaurants. You will enjoy your time at this property!

The host is very nice and welcoming, she had a very nice bed warmer on due to the cold temperature. It is such a cozy and beautiful place. It is a seven minute drive to the national park. It is super clean and has such a peaceful vibe due to its japanese architecture and the beautiful location that it is in.

A wonderful cottage in the rainforest. Very comfortable, cozy, clean and accommodating. The location is perfect. Quiet and convenient. Just a short drive down the scenic road to the volcano. The host was thoughtful, hospitable, gracious, informative and very welcoming. This is the place to stay for a fun trip to the beautiful big island of Hawaii!

Kathryn & Kenneth’s spectacular property is not to be missed! Hand crafted Usonian/Japanese/ Arts & Crafts design is like zen retreat in the forest. Ohi’a trees with honey creepers sing all around you. Minutes from HVNP and the adorable Volcano Village. Maholo!

A truly memorable, magical place. Well equipped with everything we needed. The heated bed was an especially nice touch. This cottage did not disappoint. It looked even prettier in person. It was well stocked and super convenient to Volcanoes National Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others.

We had such a wonderful stay. The home is beautifully built, well maintained and we felt right at home. The host gave so many great recommendations and showed how much she cared from our arrival to departure. We highly recommend this home and stay in Volcano being so close to Kīlauea was great. We loved being in the quiet mountains and enjoyed our time around the home with peaceful outdoor space as well. We hope to return again one day!

Lovely Hideaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. The hosts were communicative and took care of everything we needed. The space is well-stocked, and it was lovely getting to listen to a thunderstorm while we were happy and dry inside. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting VNP!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location!

The cottage is perfect nestled in the rainforest! Kathryn was very kind and friendly and we had a couple nice visits. The location is very close to VNP and a nice drive to Hilo and the waterfalls.
