40th Birthday Celebration Weekend

The family all enjoyed staying in this property which was so well-equipped for our party. The games room was a big hit with all enjoying the spacious area to play pool and darts. We will definitely like to return, as it was also in close proximity to Stratford Upon Avon. We ate at Vintners in Stratford one night, and the meal and hosting was great.

Lovely Estate

We had a nice stay at Beecham Farmhouse. The rooms were spacious and we found the beds quite comfortable. Proximity to town was a plus. A few drawbacks with the low door frames, WiFi was not consistent through the house, a tricky gas stove that took us a couple of days to get the hang of and the rooms upstairs were very hot amid the heatwave. Despite these things we would absolutely stay in this lovely property again.

A fantastic house for a large family gathering

I booked the property for a family birthday gathering. The house was superb. The dining areas , multiple fridges, huge games room, outside furniture, comfy beds and open fires… I could go on. There was so much space but also due to the layout it was very flexible and still managed to feel cosy. The games room was much larger than we expected , allowing plenty of competitive games matches! We used the annex accommodation as well which meant everyone was well catered for. The charcoal BBQ was an excellent size and the large outside table meant we could enjoy the warm autumnal weather and eat al fresco. We walked from the property to the local pub The Bell and also had a delicious meal there. We have recommended to all our friends.

AMazing House and Location

The peace and quiet here is magnificient. The wildlife and the birds are amazing The rooms are large, the beds comfy the showers hot. The Kitchen very well equipped Sapcious entertaining spaces, and good TVs etc The Gardens are spacious but where you have the rolling fields beside you they feel "small"! :) Children loved their rooms in the top floor and teh games room. We didnt use the small apartment but it looked well appointed. We would definitely return. We were 10 people in all and there was plenty of room!

Beautiful, spacious luxurious property!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Set in a peaceful rural location, it was the perfect place for our group of 12 adults. The property is extremely spacious, with several separate areas that gave everyone plenty of room to relax and socialise, particularly in the games room. The separate annexe was a great addition! The property has a real luxurious feel, with exceptional attention to detail throughout. The furnishings, artwork and décor have clearly been carefully chosen, creating a stylish yet very comfortable home-from-home. We were genuinely impressed with how well equipped the property was. We wanted for nothing during our stay — there was an excellent supply of crockery and cutlery, as well as plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils, which made catering for a large group so much easier. The outside space was also excellent and gave us another lovely area to enjoy together. Communication from the very beginning was excellent. A beautiful, spacious and luxurious property that is exceptionally well thought out and equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Stunning

From the moment we set foot in Beecham House we felt at home. It is an amazing property, furnished with love. The scenic location is breath taking with rolling hills on all sides. It is so peaceful and we could all really unwind. A wonderful place for a family gathering and special celebration. The house is beautifully equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. We hope to return.

We were a multi-generational party of ten and Beecham Farmhouse had everything we needed. The grounds and location were fantastic and the house is beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. We definitely hope to return!

Family holiday

We had problems with flies in the kitche all of our stay. The range cooker was quite difficult to work. We had no water for a day and sandy water the following day. No pressure in showers. I didn't get a shower in main room for 2 days of our 3 day stay. Couldn't use bath because it was full of sand and I didnt have cleaning facilities with me. I was on holiday!! Love the property and facilities ie games room etc. We were there last year, but had disappointing difficulties this year.

Fantastic farmhouse!

We stayed for 3 nights at Beecham Farmhouse and were blown away by the location! The house was equipped with everything we could have needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved listening to the owls and deer in the evening and enjoyed walking around the gardens!

50th Birthday Weekend

An amazing venue with everything you could possibly need and more. The attention to detail is incredible. It’s in a great location—peaceful and tucked away, yet still close enough to pop out if needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place was beautifully maintained. We’d love to revisit in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and gardens are gorgeous and had everything we needed for an amazing long weekend. Location is brilliant - quiet, peaceful, in beautiful countryside but only a few miles from lovely places to visit. We wished we’d been able to stay longer.

Amazing Stay

An amazing Farmhouse. Every detail was first class. The house , gardens , and Lukes helpfulness were second to none. The ganes room was so well furnished as well . The accommodation above the games room was pefrect. The walks on the estate and the freedom to do so was rare , and the views to the Meon Hills and around are beautiful. . Dogs allowed too, we have already said we would love to come again as a family. The house also haouse a very calm presence. Thank you .

Gorgeous family celebration stay

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating my mums 70th at Beecham House at the end of January. The house was immaculate, gorgeous inside and out and plenty of room for all attendees from 4 to 71 years old! Kitchen was very well equipped and the comfiest bed and bedding and pillows we’ve ever had! Highly recommend
