Une maison unique dans la zone de conservation de Pimlico, à proximité de Buckingham Palace, du West End et de Battersea Park, avec un accÚs facile aux musées de Knightsbridge.

Au cƓur de la maison se trouve une cuisine Ă  la main avec des Ă©lĂ©ments d'origine tels qu'une cheminĂ©e en briques apparentes et une fenĂȘtre Ă  guillotine, Ă©quipĂ©e d'une gamme d'appareils modernes, dont un lave-vaisselle. Il y a une double salle de rĂ©ception, idĂ©ale pour la dĂ©tente et le divertissement, Ă©quipĂ©e d'un mobilier Philippe Stark et d'appareils Bang & Olufsen. Pour ceux qui souhaitent divertir, de la porcelaine, de l'argent et du cristal irlandais et vĂ©nitien sont fournis.

L'hébergement comprend deux chambres doubles élégantes, chacune avec accÚs à une charmante terrasse-patio et à l'utilisation d'une salle de bains et d'une salle d'eau respectivement. De plus, il y a un studio au dernier étage avec un luxueux canapé-lit, une salle de douche et un balcon. Le studio dispose d'une gamme de jeux de société, d'un lecteur TV / DVD et d'une console Wii. Il est important de noter que toutes les chambres sont accessibles par des escaliers, de sorte que la propriété peut ne pas convenir aux personnes fragiles.

We LOVED our stay here and Sarah was a fabulous host. This flat had everything we needed and was so comfortable and lovely. Sarah gave us great restaurant recommendations and was so accommodating letting us drop off our suitcases early. Highly recommend both this place and location.

This charming Pimlico home could not have been more perfect for our family of five traveling to London over the Christmas holiday. In terms of location, the house is in a lovely neighborhood with reasonably close access to two Tube stations. There is also a wonderful coffee shop right around the corner, which we went to multiple times. The house itself was clean, well equipped, and quiet. On Christmas day, we made a full meal and watched television together in the spacious living room. The owner was FANTASTIC to work with and quickly responded whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this property to any family or small group (5-6 people) looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay in London. My family and I loved it!

This is a truly adorable place. I absolutely loved the little kitchen and spent a lot of time in there. Sarah is a wonderful host that went above and beyond to help our stay be comfortable. Five of use stayed here, which is probably the maximum amount of people that could be comfortable. 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Everything that you could think of needing was provided- especially in the kitchen. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, as well as quick access to the tube. There is a launderette a block or so away that we used. The machines were good and the people (other customers) were kind and helpful.Things to consider when staying here:Lots of feather pillows- very fluffy and comfortable, but difficult for those with allergies.Lots of stairs- it is a 3 level home.Lots of bathrooms and privacy!Incredibly convenient and a truly wonderful host. This was a great place to adventure in London from. Great location but also in a quiet neighborhood to rest and rejuvenate for the next adventure. I highly recommend it!Notes on the layout: There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lowest level. The kitchen, toilet room, and sitting room with a sofa bed are on the main level. A loft with a sofa bed and a bathroom are upstairs. This provided our larger group a lot of privacy but also the ability to be together when we wanted.

The Garden House was amazing! We were a group of 7 with young kids and older teens, and the house offered separate spaces for everyone to chill out in. We were warm and cosy in the home, which made us really feel like we’d arrived in London after a long flight from Sydney. The kitchen was super cute and the three bathrooms were lovely - just what we needed. The beds were really comfortable and great for getting over jet lag. Close to everything we needed, we especially loved the short walk down to Milbank Dock so we could take a clipper ride along the Thames into the centre of London. It was also only about a 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station, which got us to all sorts of places around London in the week were there. A huge thank you to Sarah, who was brilliant with communication and really helped us to work around our flight schedules. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to anybody staying in London.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming property! It was the perfect getaway for our family vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated; with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Victoria Station, restaurants, and a grocery store. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions promptly and even leaving candy for us. It made us feel so at home!

This is a great place to stay and be close to most of London's key sites. We loved the neighborhood! The flat was comfortable and Sarah was very responsive to all of our questions. My only criticism is that there needs to be more closets and drawers, etc. for guests. We stayed 11 days and it was hard to find storage space since all the closets and many of the shelves were full of extra supplies and stuff. But honestly that was a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this flat!

We had the most fantastic stay at Sarah’s property. For a family with two teenagers there was plenty of room for us all. The studio level was perfect with it’s own shower room and plenty of books and games. The bedrooms below the living floor were beautiful with quaint outdoor space and plenty of bedding and towels. The living floor had a comfy spacious lounge with dining table and the kitchen was beautiful. Such a beautiful property. The area was quiet and easy to walk to either Pimlico tube station or Victoria. We preferred the Pimlico stop as it was easier to navigate it was a short one stop ride to Victoria to change lines. Overall we had the best trip to London and we will definitely be back for sure. Thanks Sarah for your fantastic communication for check in and check out. We had the best time!

Sarah was very easy to connect with, and she was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags off early since we were already in town. She helped us find plans for activities in London for a very hot day and her home was spotless. It was ideal for our family of four, especially since our children are two older teenagers and they both had their own space. Having a well stocked kitchen and washer dryer were musts for us. The home is located in a safe neighborhood very close to Pimilco tube station. Not far from many restaurants. Having four bathrooms is an almost unheardof luxury. We would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s flat in London. It’s a short walk to public transport, with restaurants and groceries nearby. It was also quiet enough that we felt we could get away from the bustle after a day of exploring. The set up and amenities were great, and Sarah was a wonderful host.

Perfection!

Sarah’s home is comfortable, convenient, and beautifully appointed. Our group of four adults and three kids had the perfect amount of space and very much enjoyed the house.It is right next to the bus line and fairly close to two Underground stations. The neighborhood itself is lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The property is great though a bit quirky (but not unexpected due to the age of townhouse). Didn’t realize there are 3 levels, but not a problem. Table and chairs in kitchen are too large for the space and crowd the otherwise very usable, extremely well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for a family of 4 adults and a teen to relax after sight seeing. Very well stocked with paper goods, soaps and lotions. 3 full and 1half baths! Recommend this very nice townhouse!

Magnifique séjour à Londres réalisé grùce à votre logement. Transport en commun à cÎté ( bus, métro, train...) , logement propre et parfait, tout y est. Merci pour les chocolats laissés pour notre arrivée, ils n'ont pas fait longtemps. Je dirai un petit bémol pour la literie du canapé du salon.sinon les autres lits étaient parfaits. Merci à vous.
