London Central (Jusqu'Ă  8) Ă  seulement 15 minutes de Heathrow!

L'appartement est situĂ© au-dessus d'un Showroom sĂ©curitĂ© directement en face de Saint- HĂŽpital de Marie (oĂč le prince George a rĂ©cemment nĂ©!) et seulement une minute Ă  pied de la gare de Paddington.

Il ya plusieurs vols d'escaliers Ă  monter aprĂšs avoir entrĂ© par la porte avant pour l'accĂšs aux personnes handicapĂ©es ou ĂągĂ©es peut ĂȘtre limitĂ©e.

En entrant dans l'appartement, vous serez accueillis par carrelage noir et blanc, d'immenses fenĂȘtres et le mur de brique exposĂ©e du salon / salle Ă  manger. Une grande cuisine, bien Ă©quipĂ©e vous attend Ă©galement. Nous venons d'installer une nouvelle salle de bains au rez de chaussĂ©e, avec douche, WC et lavabo! L'appartement est meublĂ© avec goĂ»t avec tout nouveau, tout au long d'un mobilier moderne. Il ya une petite terrasse sur le toit pour le barbecue ou prendre le soleil (si le temps le permet). Nous demandons aussi que le tabagisme se limiter Ă  ce domaine!

Jusqu'Ă  un escalier vous trouverez les trois chambres, la salle de bains et un placard. Deux des chambres Ă©quipĂ©es de lits doubles, tandis que le troisiĂšme est plus petit et dispose d'un lit superposĂ© (2 couchages). Étages Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur sont en bois franc sauf pour la salle de bain qui dispose de carrelage noir et blanc.

Éclairage encastrĂ© est sĂ©lectionnĂ©e dans tout l'appartement. Il ya le chauffage central, mais pas de climatisation. Dans les rares cas d'une vague de chaleur, nous allons vous fournir les fans! Un nettoyeur est disponible sur demande (Ă  vos frais).

Si vous ĂȘtes partie d'un groupe plus grand, vous avez la possibilitĂ© de louer aussi notre prochaine propriĂ©tĂ© voisine qui dispose de 4 chambres et 2 bathroomss et peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  12 personnes!

Clean property - great location for getting around

I stayed here for a few days with my family, and the location is very close to Paddington station making getting around very easy. Property was also very clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in Paddington. We had two kids under 5 and the bunk beds worked well. It’s a lot of stairs to get to the flat, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook dinner and enjoyed the quick access to several grocery stores. The washer, dryer and clothing drying rack were also very helpful to have.

Best stay ever

Came to run the London marathon; location was perfect!! Loved being near Paddington - such a convenient hub and lots near us! The place was just as described/pictured; our hostess Adrienne was a wonderful communicator and accommodated our stay so well. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

Excellent flat near Paddington

Our family of 3 adults and 3 teens had the most amazing 4 days in London with this flat as our home base. The location is very convenient to travel around the city. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. The flat is very well appointed and comfortable. Loved it!

Perfect location to everything

This flat was exactly what we needed it to be. Clean & enough rooms and bathrooms for our family. It is extremely close to the major paddington station so you can get almost anywhere in a couple minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay in London. The place was clean and spacious and served our needs just fine. The furniture was functional, but not top-of-the-line. The down sides were that it was right on Praed Street (and it could get loud at night) and it was over Paddington Station (so we could hear/feel trains rumbling - although they were muted). The location did help us access the Tube and other Rail options quickly, though. Also, the unit doesn't have AC (which I missed in the listing). It did get a bit stuffy in August. We opened the windows, but it was hot.All that said, for our family, it was a nice home base for our week exploring London and its environs.

Great location

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in a great location near Paddington station, which made both our travel to/from Heathrow convenient as well as our travels around the city. There are plenty of restaurants close by also. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Adrienne is a very responsive host. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we visit London

Bright and Nicely Located

The apartment was nicely located next to a few different mass transit options as well as several restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciated the easy access we had to all parts of central London.

A very comfortable, clean, two level flat in a super convenient location for our family of four. With Paddington practically across the street, getting around by transit was as good as it gets. Also, the flat is a short walk to Hyde Park or a 30 minute stroll across the park to Kensington and all the world-class museums! It really is perfectly situated, but the area may be a bit 'cosmopolitan' for anyone who hasn't visited London before or isn't comfortable in big cities. There are quieter/less busy neighbourhoods, for sure, but for easy access to to everything London offers this flat is hard to beat!Despite the heatwave during our stay we managed to stay fairly cool by managing the blinds and windows, but a mini-split AC on the second floor in this unit would make a world of difference as London gets warmer in summer than ever before.Communication with the host was excellent and we appreciated that they were able to help accommodate us dropping our bags off early while we waited for access. We'd definitely recommend this flat and will consider booking again in the future.

Great launch location for exploring London

This flat is conveniently located near Paddington Station, where Heathrow Express arrives, so our to/from airport transport was extremely easy. Flat was clean with all the needed amenities, property manager Adrienne was very responsive.

We loved the apartment! Great location, next to Paddington stop which takes you everywhere and also the express stop for Heathrow. Adrienne let us check in early which was perfect after a long flight from the US!! Walking distance to some great restaurants.

Great location

1 min walk to the tube, great coffee shops on the way and cute little flat we stayed in. Not huge for the 5 of us but comfortable. We were only there to sleep so no big deal. The washer/dryer wasn't great at drying but otherwise perfect stay.

Fantastic place in a perfect location

The apartment is perfectly organized and equipped. Adrienne has been extremely reactive and helpful. Any small issue has been fixed straight away. Location is very convenient with useful buses in front of the building, underground very close to go anywhere in London. Really a nice place

Family Vacation to London

It was a great location near Paddington station, that can get you to Heathrow in 15mins and any location in London. The apartment was clean and spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids. Although, some limitations were the 2nd floor bedrooms was a little warm in the evenings and the 2nd floor bathroom toilet was broken.
