Une maison très confortable qui a assez de place pour toute votre famille. Vous avez tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. 2 téléviseurs de grande taille, câble complet et Internet complet vous offrent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rester connecté même lorsque vous êtes déconnecté.

La brise du coucher de soleil est parfaitement préparée pour vos vacances. Il a 2 grandes chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes à l'étage. Aussi à l'étage, vous avez deux porches pour profiter de tout l'air frais de la plage.
En bas des escaliers a un futon et deux chambres à coucher complètes avec une salle de bain complète. Une très belle cour arrière avec une clôture pour la vie privée en fait un joyau pour les animaux domestiques. Profitez également de la douche extérieure pour regarder la plage ou pour nettoyer vos chiens s’ils ont un peu de sable. Il dispose également d'un mini-réfrigérateur pour permettre un stockage supplémentaire de toutes vos boissons. C'est le côté calme de la plage, vous pouvez donc vraiment vous détendre et laisser vos cheveux en place. N'oubliez pas la belle voiturette de golf avec radio Blue tooth et une galerie de toit pour transporter votre famille et tous vos jouets à la plage. La plage est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons, mais cela vous simplifie la vie davantage. Trois croiseurs de plage sont disponibles pour que vous puissiez faire du vélo autour du côté très calme de la plage. Vous êtes si proche de tout, des boutiques aux restaurants de 30A. Vous n'êtes qu'à 10 minutes de Rosemary et Seacrest. Vous bénéficiez de 30A pour la moitié du prix de la location d'une maison.

Everything was perfect and exactly as stated. There was plenty of space and the rooms were excellent. The beach was super close and the golf cart was very convenient.

The house was everything that was advertised plus some. Easy walk to the beach and the gold cart made carrying bags so much easier. I was worried about parking since we had three vehicles but there was plenty of room to even fit a fourth vehicle if need be. Rooms were clean and the garage had several beach accessories, we had brought our own chairs, towels, and beach wagons but we really didn’t even need to because the house had everything you could want.

My friends and I spent a week at this beach house, and it was just as advertised! Check in was easy, house was clean, and communication was great! The location was convenient and the golf cart was amazing! We have already booked again for next year!

The Property had all the necessities that we could want! We loved the peace and quiet and enjoyed the great view from the deck. While off the main road a bit, it didn't take long to get to the park or into town. Overall, we have a fabulous time!

Wonderful place! Great owner!

Our stay was everything we needed! The owner was super easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for our crew! Lots of room, super clean & cozy, the golf cart made the beach trios easier, and the neighborhood was perfect for our morning walks! The screened porch was nice for chilling ehile the back porch was great to lay out and get sun while waiting for everyone to get ready lol. Definitely hope to stay again!

We were quite disappointed after a week in the house. The house is in need of a lot of work, there’s clearly been quite a bit of water intrusion over time. The down stairs level left a lot to be desired. Outlets sparked in the kids bedrooms which was frightening. There were no outlets in the downstairs bathroom to blow dry hair, etc. One of the door locks didn’t work (2nd story entry) and we had to make entry through only one door during our stay. The cleaning crew was not thorough at all, there was feces smeared on the primary bath toilet, a loaf of bread and candy left in the kitchen cabinets. The “stocked kitchen” is in fact not stocked. No measuring cups, blender, one slicing knife, a small cutting boards, no mixing bows, no cheese grater, broken coffee pot. The beds were cheap and make noises every time you moved, waking people up. We travel a lot and this the first house I would not want to return to. Golf cart was nice though. The host got us a new coffee pot immediately when we notified him, but never responded to the last message I sent him.

Sorry that you had any issues. I did see your email about heavy wind and a screen blew down up front. As I mentioned with the coffee pot I wasn’t there was no charge for that. I have contacted the cleaning crew and they have provided pictures and the house was in great shape from a cleaning point. Unfortunately during heavy times some things come up missing in the kitchen. Just like I had a coffee pot delivered in an hour, a blender and other things would have been sent right over. Side note though probably not a cheese grater :). This house just had a 50k renovation upstairs and is in great shape with no water issues.

Great trip with a great house

Arrived at the house and everything was clean and put away. Beach was a short walk but the golf cart made it easy to get there in 2 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful place and a great place to vacation at

The house was very clean and well kept when we got there and is very spacious. Only a short walk from the beach but if your not wanting to walk they also have a golf cart included which is very nice. Michael was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. If this place is available while your looking for somewhere to stay in PCB book it!

Relaxing Spring Break Getaway

Great quiet location away from the crowded PCB area. Golf cart came in handy for a short trip to the beach. But, could definitely walk the short walk as well. Very spacious and accommodating. Owner was very easy to communicate with. We would for sure come back!

We had a couple of minor issues but properly owner took care of us as fast as possible. He was very kind and helpful. The golf cart is very helpful and a nice perk. We look forward to staying here again

Lots of space!

We enjoyed staying as a family of 11 at this house. It is only 3 blocks from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The golf cart is a huge plus to transport to the beach. Loved having chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc and not having to bring it all with us from our home.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is the quintessential beach house. AND it has everything you could possibly need. The bottom floor is a teen dream. Big screen tv, video arcade game, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor is spacious and has all the things needed for a great vacation--screened porch with 2 ceiling fans, a huge dining table, big screen tv and a well stocked kitchen. Mike is a dream owner and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

We had a blast!!

We had 12 people stay on our trip. The house was clean and the layout made it to where we could all have enough space that we weren’t on top of one another and privacy wasn’t an issue. The house is located a few blocks from the beach and the golf cart made that much easier to carry the tents, chairs, coolers, etc. Even though it is a few blocks, the walk wasn’t terrible and not uncomfortable if you chose to do that. There were plenty of towels and beach towels there. Along with hand soap, dish soap and dishwashing pods. The host was very easy to get in touch with and communicated wonderfully! I would definitely stay here again!

overall good!

Overall very relaxing stay. Owner is quick to respond, good communication, close to beach. areas needing attention, mold in bathroom and we seen roaches everyday we were there, just needs some pest control, firat really cold night so not a surprise. Lights in back yard couldnt figure out how to get them working and very sandy on day 1 when we got there. All could be do to the fact it hadnt been used in a while. Would stay again. We came last minute also! Overall satisfied! Very relaxing week

Shawn I apologize the house wasn't up to our high standards. You are correct we are having construction done on the house so we didn't rent it during the slow season. To everyone's surprise it has been tough to get workers in to start the project so when you requested I figure I could give you a deal and slide you in. The mold is in the downstairs bathroom which is getting remodeled for additional ventilation. The roaches are weird as we have pest control but it was 32 degrees in Florida so I am assuming all the Florida animals were looking for shelter. Glad you enjoyed your stay and your always welcomed back. FYI construction has started and house will be locked down next 3 weeks.
