Everything was great, plenty of room, except the 1 bathroom on 1st floor that sleeps 10/11. The only concern for the unit is the flooring, it is so bad in spots that it feels like you will fall through.

Beautiful Beach Location

We absolutely loved the location of this place- right on a quiet part of the beach. The house could use a few repairs but it had plenty of room for our big group and the kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. The deck is a nice size for a large group with 2 tables so 10 of us were all able to sit outside together. The manager and maintenance crew were great and came very quickly when we had any problem. Wonderful memories were made and we would go back again.

Property inside need to be re painted and some things fixed. The mattresses need to be re placed, also. Outside to the beach area and all the stuff to use was great.

Family Christmas vacation

Lots of room and plenty of beds! No one was cramped! We loved being able to walk right off the deck onto the beach!! Shopping within walking distance! We totally enjoyed our stay!

Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay over the week of July 4th. Great location, close to everything, beach was not crowded. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, management had someone there within 2 hours to fix it. Other than needing some updating Pugsley Paradise was wonderful and would rent again.

Great location and roomy

Tons of space for 10 people and more with the beach out the back door. Townhouse is in desperate need of a makeover. Floors coming up, patio door very difficult to operate, some ceiling fans inoperable, some lights inoperable and blinds are broken in most windows but none of it would keep us from going back.

Property was in poor condition

The property was in bad condition. It smelled of mildew and the furniture was stained. The bathroom sink had standing water. The interior and exterior need to be painted and refurbished top to bottom. The good news is I reached out to the property manager (Alexandra) and she immediately moved us to a much better property. Thank God!

Our stay was amazing, I noticed we only had been given 2 trash bags which doesn’t last long. When had a toddler, The screen door to the patio facing the ocean is need of repair/ replacement. The king size bed in the 1st floor was broke the bed tilted, however I noticed thethThe townhouse was clean,

PCB stay 7/29-8/5/2023

Rental was clean when we arrived. There were some problems, but they were quickly fixed. The one real problem is that the pool that was promised in the property description did not exist. This was extremely disappointing for the younger children. They cannot stay on the beach for long. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation very much.

The views were amazing and it was perfect to be steps away from the beach-the house was pet friendly (the beach is not).We were able to add 2 days earlier on our trip due to work schedule changes which allowed us to check in sooner. Host was very responsive and easy to work with getting those added. The place could use some TLC. The paint was chipping in the bathrooms, where paint has been touched up it did not match up well. The floors were sagging and unleveled both main level and upstairs. The carpet up the stairways is not very appealing. There seems to be lack of attention to detail as the ceiling fans were very dirty and the toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom had been ripped off the wall and not replaced. The sliding door to the beach handle was broken and hardly usable. Lots of blinds in the home did not function properly-some couldn’t be closed upstairs bedroom facing road and bedroom facing beach unable to open one side. The kitchen had 1 dish towel and no hot pads-but was well stocked for cooking. The outdoor grill had 1 burner that wouldn’t turn off and others wouldn’t turn on. Bathrooms and bedrooms well stocked with linens and we enjoyed having all the space.

Not as it seemed

When you first walk in at first glance it’s great. Then you try to sit on sofa it’s like sitting on boards. Cushions were so filthy we had to find sheets to cover it so we would have a place to sit the chairs smelled like pee. There is black mold all over the whole house the beds were like sleeping on rocks. The floors were filthy. The manger was very nice and very accommodating. Who ever owns the property needs to fix and update and the pictures on Vrbo are not true to what the property actually looks like

Thanksgiving Trip with family and friends

The VIEW and accessibility to the beach is amazing. The Property manager, Alex (with Bens Beach Homes) was so nice and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the 4 teenagers liked the queen bunk beds and the adjacent king bedroom. The property is really run down. The beds were so bad and with how reasonable beds like casper and nectar are and how much those owners charge, a few new king sized mattresses would make a world of difference. All 3 of the king sized beds need to be replaced. And the floors downstairs looked like they may have been original to the property. There was so much ground in dirt if you walked thru the house without shoes on, your feet were gross. We tried to mop them but they are so old and in such poor shape, there is almost nothing anyone can do with them! And then there are 4 or 5 tiles that are broken so beware, they will pinch your feet. Again, the view was amazing and a 15 second walk from the deck to get your chair set up at the beach. But the owners need to update it terribly or at a minimum, replace the floors and the mattresses.

This place was RIGHT ON the beach with the best views, and you just have to step off your deck into the sand! Our group of 14 people fit very easily, not cramped, and there was a lot more outdoor seating than listed. There were a few updates not pictured in the listing (as of March 2026). Like a second level of deck space, a roof over the deck, and new flooring. All very nice updates. Host was very quick to respond to messages and when we were having trouble getting the grill to work, they brought over a brand new one same day! The house is a little bit worn from use, but of course that has to be expected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would rent it again.

There was 10 of us staying in early September 2022. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and the beach wasn't crowded. When I had questions, the manager was quick to respond.

Amazing beach views!!

An amazing home right on the beach! We've stayed in PCB before but have never seen so much wildlife. Every morning there were dolphins, sea turtles, jellies and all kinds of fish and birds. We watched pelicans dive for fish!! Having my coffee on the deck enjoying the breeze and the views was so relaxing. The evenings on the deck were magical too! With the waves in the background, looking at the stars at night was absolutely beautiful too. This is a vacation I actually felt rested after!

We encountered cockroaches. The place needs to be sprayed. Some of the furniture is in need of repair. The couch in the living room need to be replaced. The dining table is about to collapse. The umbrella on the deck is bent and worn and needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door is almost impossible to open and close.
