MAGNIFICA est le produit phare de MySpotInFlorence, une maison tout simplement incroyable. Située au troisième et dernier étage (avec ascenseur) de l'élégant quartier résidentiel de Florence Capital, avec ses 220 mètres carrés, c'est une "maison de famille" meublée avec des antiquités et de beaux meubles. Il dispose de très grandes chambres comprenant 3 chambres doubles et une chambre simple.

La cuisine / salle à manger est moderne et peut accueillir un grand groupe de personnes. Impossible de ne pas tomber amoureux de cette maison de rêve, élégante et confortable, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes.

En quelques minutes à pied, vous pourrez rejoindre la magnifique cathédrale du Duomo, mais aussi les rues les plus fréquentées, pour vous divertir parmi les boutiques, les bars et les restaurants. We had a great time at IL magnífico, easy access to transportation at a neighborhood that feels less touristic but close to the attractions. It was very clean and they all toiletry needed for our group.

My family of 8 (5 adults, 2 teens and 1 tween) really enjoyed our stay. Lucia was lovely and we felt very at home during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. The apartment is huge and Rodolfo was very helpful. The neighborhood is a little bit of a walk from the Duomo but near other things — Perseus restaurant was amazing!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment so very much! Communication was fantastic. The owner greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is in a great location and is within walking distance to everything. My husband and I stayed here with our 5 children (ages 19-8) and my mother. There was plenty of room, and we were all extremely comfortable. We will definitely return to Florence and hope to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!!

Lovely Stay

Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Loved that it has 3 bathrooms. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms so you don't need to worry about taking one. There is a clothes washer and iron and ironing board. Grocery markets, restaurants, shopping, bus station and train station were within walking distance. About a 15 - 20 minute walk. Host was wonderful and friendly.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! Simply stunning and perfect in every way! If we could have stayed here our whole trip we would have! Each city we visited, we kept comparing our establishments to this one! We are from Texas, so air conditioning is a must and this one worked to PERFECTION. The kitchen is large! The rooms are large! it was perfect!

Our group of seven really enjoyed the beautiful penthouse. It was spacious and well decorated and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was great as it was within walking distance of all the action yet far enough away that it wasn’t too busy and loud.

Wonderful property with easy check in

Spacious and clean! This property was large and nicely decorated. It easily fit our party of 8. A/C worked wonderfully. An easy taxi/uber ride or 10 minute walk to downtown it was a convenient place to stay. Parking is super convenient but does cost extra. Check in was easy and the host was great. Would stay here again!

Stunning!

What a lovely apartment! The apartment was so convenient for exploring Firenze during our stay. The kitchen and dining area made for perfect group dinners when we didn't feel like going out after a day of exploration. The views were spectacular at all times of the day. I have to say that the pink bathroom is simply the best! Check in and checkout were a breeze and the hosts were easy to connect with when we had questions. I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment and location

You have to book this apartment. Great location just 1 block to the tram that can take you to the airport or train station. Easy 15 minute walk to see all the sites in Florence. Have to go to il Clarinetto restaurant that is 1 block from the apartment. Great food at a very reasonable price. Also nice little cafe for morning coffee and danish located next to il Clarinetto. We had 5 adults in the apartment and had plenty of room. Using train we went to Venice, Siena and Cinqueterre. Trains are so good we didn’t rent a car. Totally loved this VRBO and highly recommend it.

Fabulous Luxurious Apartment in great location

I can't say enough about this outstanding apartment. It's very spacious with fantastic amenities and fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with close proximity to the Duomo and wonderful restaurants. I stayed here with 5 friends and we all raved about it. Florence Apartment

This is a terrific spot to stay in Florence. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main areas in the city, and an easy taxi ride to places in Tuscany. The apartment was just right for our group of 7 (two families), had great amenities and was very spacious. Rodolfo was our contact and he was great to work with, he gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and was very attentive when we had a question or two. We would highly recommend this place to stay, you will love it.

Our "Come Back To Place" in Italy!

Surrounded by the full Italian culture in this beautiful haven containing items of historical significance. Not only is everything very beautiful, the residence itself has its own history. Wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby which you can feel totally comfortable strolling the streets around late at night. The hosts are a joy and after traveling the world we have never had someone as great as Rodolfo to work with. Next trip we want to have drinks. Our very highest recommendation from world travelers. Fabulous apartment, with gorgeous host. Really enjoyed our stay. We were two families, of 4 and 3, total 7 and although we love each other, it was brilliant to have a space we could connect and be apart as required. We had everything we needed and the AC worked really well!The apartment is a 25minute walk into town, and this was fine for us, as once we were out, we were out for most of the day. We tended to eat locally in the evening rather than head back to town. The location was perfect for us, quieter, and removed from the tourist crowds. The only slight negative we found, is that there were a couple of nights we wanted to hang out together, and there is not really a living room space to all sit in- there is the large dining table, or the high seats in the kitchen, but no sofa space for us to lounge and have a drink and chat which we would have liked for pre drinks or even after we had been out for food. Overall an excellent stay! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a large family apartment in Florence :)
