Appartement récemment rénové de 2 chambres au coeur du quartier historique de Old Towne, à quelques pùtés de maisons des commerces et des restaurants et de l'Université Chapman. Un court trajet en voiture de Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium, le Honda Center et la plage. PrÚs des autoroutes. Check in was easy which was nice as we arrived late at night. Priscilla even left a light on for us. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Also, very convenient to Chapman University which was a plus for us. We would stay here again.

The host met us outside when we arrived. She was very friendly and later was prompt answering any questions we had.
We were there for Christmas, and the peninsula and stove was great for cooking a big Christmas meal.

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth! Pricilla was lovely - we had the opportunity to meet briefly. The apartment is super comfortable and the location simply can't be beat. The house is well appointed and everything we might have needed was right there! We were even able to sample a treat from the beautiful orange tree out front. We will definitely be back!

The Tree House was beautifully appointed and luxurious. Our host replied promptly to questions prior to our trip and provided everything to make guests comfortable.
Room to spread out, and enjoy tree top living walking distance to Olde Towne Orange.

Fantastic above-garage apartment in a great walkable to downtown Orange location with comfortable amenities.The only issue we had was with parking. We were given instructions to park on one side of the property, then told it was okay to park by the orange tree on the other side because we had a second car blocking a sidewalk. The host meant under the tree not by it. The host left a note on the car asking us not to park there, even though it had been parked less than 10 minutes after our return from an outing. I apologized for the misunderstanding and we moved the car right away, but the mixed messages about where we could park made me feel watched and uncomfortable for the rest of the stay.For a more relaxed, stress-free visit, I would recommend planning to park on the street rather than relying on the driveway with exception of street sweeping hours which are posted.A small curtain on the front door window would be a welcome addition to prevent anyone from looking directly into the apartment.

Outdoor area well maintained and even there is a small tool for picking oranges, which we sadly didn’t try!

Priscilla, the host, is very helpful. The space is well appointed and maintained and cupboards are well stocked. The photos are an accurate representation of the space. Off street parking is a nice amenity. Without hesitancy, I recommend this offering.

I came to visit my daughter at Chapman University and I had my other daughter who is 18 join me for a couple of days. This place was an amazing second home away from home. I cook dinner made a birthday cake and had my daughter together with us to celebrate her 20th birthday! We loved everything about this bright tree top Beauty.

Top spot in Orange

Loved staying here. It was convenient to cute Old Town, Angel Stadium and Disneyland. Only regret we didn’t spend more time in the apartment. It was sunny and pleasant, comfortable, kitchen fully outfitted. Our host even had flowers for us.Highly recommended.

Chapman Graduation near Old Towne Orange!

This is the second time that my husband, son and I have stayed at Priscilla’s apartment, within walking distance to The Circle and Chapman University. We were back this time for our son’s graduation from Chapman and fyi, we booked Priscilla’s place a year and a half before Commencement weekend! There is a flight of stairs up to the front door of the apartment. There are a couple chairs at the top of the stairs to read or just enjoy the sun. The space is bright and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped, and the a/c keeps the space nicely cooled! There is a parking space for 1 vehicle in the driveway in front of the single car garage opening. Priscilla was kind enough to let us check-in 30 min early, as we were all travel weary and longing for a nap! We will miss coming to Orange, and staying at Priscilla’s apartment. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Graduation

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and I felt peaceful as soon as I walked in. The location was perfect. It was in walking distance to great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

I am retired and love to travel! Always looking for new places to visit! I have lived in Orange since 1963 and in Old Towne since 2000. Love being close to downtown with wonderful restaurants and shopping! Excited to share this unique town!

I always wanted to live in an older home--rather than in a new development. With an apartment over my garage., I have had long term rentals come and go. Decided it would be fun to offer a convenient option to parents visiting their students at Chapman University and vacationers looking to take advantage of the entertainment options in Orange County.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quiet area, with tree top views of the neighborhood. Walk along tree shaded streets to downtown restaurants or Chapman University. Easy to jump on to nearby freeways to the beach or Disneyland, Fashion Island or the South Coast shopping and entertainment district. Also close to Santa Ana and the lively Forth Street area.
