Daniela was a terrific host. The apartment was just as advertised. She gave very good directions and not to difficult to get in and out of the city for day trips. It was just a short walk to the moving steps to get into the city! That was a blessing for sure!!The PDF was very helpful in the city and for our excursions.

Daniela, the owner, went out of her way to ensure a perfect stay. We had a few questions and she gave us prompt, detailed answers. She also provided much information on the Umbrian region. We highly recommend this accommodation.

This apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable, decorated in a minimalistic but thoughtful style, and the kitchen had all the essentials. Daniela was a wonderful host and answered all my inquiries quickly. She even came over to help me figure out the dryer. She also provided a perfect map detailing how to get to all the sites. No issues with A/C, hot water or heat during my 10 days. The Vrbo map does not show the unit’s exact location, but there are hills regardless. It’s Perugia - it’s all hills. I would absolutely recommend this little haven.

Perugia visit

This apartment met our every need and expectation. The description is accurate that it is outside of the old town but we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was clean, modern and the hostess stayed in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, conveniently located apartment just out side the historic center of Perugia. The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Owner Daniela was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk from the restaurants and shops of the city center. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for navigating the hilly streets of Perugia, which is a gem of a city. We would gladly stay at this apartment during a future visit.

The apartment was comfortable for two people. The location was excellent relative to old town Perugia. Because we were driving and do not speak Italian, accessing the property was somewhat difficult. This was more than offset by the fact that she provides a private parking space at no additional charge. Daniela also provided specific instructions about where the property was, including pictures of the apartment, the stairway leading up to it, and the code box to get into the apartment. having access to a washer and dryer was also a huge plus. Finally, Daniela was immediately available whenever we called or needed anything. We enjoyed our stay and would rent her place again if we go back to Perugia.

l’appartement est très propre, calme et confortable, très bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville. Le livret d’accueil est très utile (accès à la ville médiévale, commerces locaux, machine à laver...). De plus, Daniela nous a donné des informations très précises sur l’accès à l’hébergement, et notre séjour a été parfait.
