Villa BEST HOLIDAY is a private sea-view villa with pool and garden (140 m²), located in a quiet residential area of Lower Peyia near Coral Bay.

The property offers a rare combination of privacy, comfort and convenience — within walking distance of Peyia centre with its cafés, restaurants, bakeries and shops, while still providing a calm and relaxing environment.

The villa is designed for comfortable living and relaxation, featuring a spacious 42 m² open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a 65” Smart TV, Netflix, UK TV, European TV and international channels.

There are two large bedrooms (approximately 15–16 m² each), both equipped with premium mattresses, ceiling fans, air conditioning and blackout blinds, ensuring restful sleep and comfort throughout the year.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for guests.

The spacious 13 m² fully equipped Italian kitchen has a separate door to the living room and direct access to the outdoor dining area by the pool, making indoor and outdoor living especially convenient.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer and all essentials for cooking, along with filtered drinking water directly from the tap.

Outdoor living is one of the highlights of the villa. Guests can enjoy two terraces — a sunny south-facing terrace with panoramic sea views and a shaded dining terrace — as well as a private pool surrounded by greenery, flowers and tropical plants.

Sun loungers, umbrellas and a BBQ area with both gas and charcoal grills create the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and dining.
The villa is set within lush gardens that help keep it naturally cool, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat alongside fully equipped air conditioning.

fantastic villa, very clean everyneed cattered for, a lot of thought has gone into the furnishings and accesories for this villa, lovely view at the front terrace of the coast, ideal for sitting with a cold drink and chilling out, lovely pool immaculately kept,the hosts dennis and svetlana are lovely and friendly and go that extra mile to make sure that your'e stay is memorable

A beautiful villa with panoramic views and lovely gardens

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa - it was a real home from home experience with everything you could possibly want and more. The villa exceptionally clean, spacious, with quality furniture and comfortable beds. It has great panoramic views of the sea from the living room and terrace. The villa is about 10 mins walk to Peyia village with many restaurants, bars and tavernas. If you want to eat in, shops are within easy walking distance. Sandy Coral Bay beach is only 5 minutes drive away. The owners are very friendly and easy accessible and answer any question or request. The garden is beautiful and well looked after. Great sunny pool and sunbathing area, barbeque and garden furniture all provided for relaxation. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely come back for a longer holiday next year.

second time staying here, very clean, everything is catered for and there has been some extras added which makes it even more relaxing, everything that you need for a relaxing holiday is thought of, Derrick and Svetlana are very easy to contact and do everything to make your holiday one to remember, fabulous villa and quiet location with lovely views to the sea, a lovely place to sit and chill.

Wunderbare Villa in ruhiger Lage

Ein wunderbares, sehr schön eingerichtetes und geräumiges Ferienhaus, das erhöht in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend liegt. Zum Dorf (es geht noch weiter leicht bergauf) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und der besten Taverne ("Peyia Tavern") sind es nur wenige hundert Meter.Wir haben das Ferienhaus nicht nur sehr sauber übernommen - es ist zudem mit allem eingerichtet und ausgestattet, was man während eines Urlaubs braucht (...die Kühlbox und der Strandschirm waren bspw. super!!!)Die Kommunikation mit Svetlana, der Gastgeberin, war perfekt: schnelle Rückmeldungen, aber auch tolle Tipps und Informationen - sowohl proaktiv als auch auf Nachfrage.Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!Das Ferienhaus können wir nur empfehlen!
