The double volume open plan living / dining / cooking space is ideal for entertaining with sliding doors accessing the terrace and extensive shared grounds where you can BBQ, relax and unwind to your heart's content. The home's four luxury bedrooms include a twin and king on the ground floor, and another twin and king upstairs. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings to suit all groups of guests so whether you're a large family or four couples, the house can be tailored to your individual needs.

A scenic spot within 100 acres of countryside, Willingcott offers plenty of opportunity for outdoor excursions. The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach, so for those who wish to experience North Devon's beauty and scenery it doesn't get better. Of course, for most visitors holidaying in Woolacombe it's all about the town's 3-mile golden beach and famous Atlantic swells, where days can be spent sunbathing, swimming, rock pooling or surfing.
