With a covered terrace that acts like a sunroom, you can get mornings off to a bright start before a day packed full of sightseeing adventures. Find Sagrada Familia a fifteen-minute walk away and Passeig de GrĂ cia ten minutes away on foot, the very heart of Barcelona!
The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and bright 123m2 apartment located in the heart of Barcelona. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, our residence is ideal for groups of up to 9 people. This residential neighborhood is great for families and provides easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Enjoy the convenience of staying in the center of Barcelona, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the city's best attractions. Take a short 15-minute walk to admire the beauty of La Sagrada Familia or explore the nearby Parc de la Ciutadella. The luxurious shopping street Passeig the Gracia is also just a 10-minute walk away.
The living area is colorful and cozy, featuring contemporary sofas, furnishings, and decor. The apartment floors and both bathrooms have been completely renovated. The fully furnished kitchen offers modern appliances and custom cabinets for your convenience, allowing you to easily prepare meals and snacks for your family. Enjoy your morning coffee by the interior and sunny covered balcony!
The apartment has been under another owners management, as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!

SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- Each bedroom has plenty of natural light to start your day.
- Sunny covered terrace and small balconies overlooking Gran VĂa avenue.
- *Important information* The building does not have an elevator and is located on the 3rd floor (4th real floor).
- 2 Full bathrooms - completely renovated
- TV and high speed Wi-fi
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
- Paid parking off premises

The Neighborhood:
When renting this apartment you will be staying in the center of Barcelona! Carrer Arago is located in the Eixample neighborhood. Seen from above Eixample is structured as a grid so finding your way through the area is easy! As soon as you leave your apartment you will find yourself surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. Only a 15 min walk away you can admire the beauty of La Sagrada Familia. Go and enjoy the sun in the nearby Parc de la Ciutadella take a picnic with you to consume in the park. The luxurious shopping street Passeig the Gracia is only a 10 min walk away. Here you can visit other masterpieces by GaudĂ such as Casa BatllĂł.
Getting Around:
It is very easy to get around in the metropolitan Barcelona as the city offers on of the best public transport systems. Your apartment is located close to the metrostops: Verdaguer (L4&L5) and Girona (L4). When traveling to Barcelona by plane you can either book a taxi or make use of public transport. You can take the train R2N until Passeig de Gracia and then you are at 8 min by walk from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25⏠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⏠charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400⏠and possible eviction.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100⏠charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100⏠+ all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Please note the apartment counts with noise sensors that are connected to a 24/7 concierge services. If rules are not followed our team will need to intervene right away.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
