This recently renovated apartment features modern and pleasant interiors in alpine style.
On the upper floor the apartment presents a mansard bedroom with two French beds (135 x 190 cm each).
The lower floor instead comes with living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a modern kitchenette.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and much more.
The apartment also comes with 2 Flat Screen Sat TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom., free Wi-Fi, linen and towels.
There is a graceful outdoor space (no view) with veranda, where you can eat outside in the warm months.
1 garage parking available for free.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 2
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

The town center with its shops, bars and restaurants is reachable in 5 minutes walking in summer, or by car or bus in 2 minutes.
You will have a private parking in the house own garage for free.
The property offers a cute small spa with sauna and whirlpool, bookable in advance for private use for a surcharge.
A washing machine is at your free disposition in the laundry room, beside the garage. Ski boot dryer available.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of ⏠15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500âŹ.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50⏠will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked.
