Ce spacieux studio dispose de parquet et d'un tapis, il propose un lit queen-size, une table à manger en verre avec 2 chaises et une chaise design pour votre confort d'assise. Il y a deux placards avec des cintres, une unité murale avec un espace de tirage supplémentaire. La cuisine avec du carrelage au sol et un plafond voûté, est équipée d'un four micro-ondes, d'un grille-pain / four à convection et d'une plaque à induction. Aussi, pour votre café du matin est une cafetiÚre en plus d'un mixeur pour vos smoothies aux fruits. De nombreux plats, tasses, cuillÚres et fourchettes sont fournis pour votre commodité.

Lovely grounds, and we appreciated being able to sit in the garden and enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the peaceful atmosphere. The studio cottage is just as we expected from the description and the photos. Our hosts Danny and Ernest were caring and very accommodating.

Nice little place

It was nice, and Ernie was more than helpful. Its not exactly what we thought it was. The main photo that is advertised is not where you stay. Thats the main house where the owner lives. We like a little more privacy. Otherwise it was fine.

Beautiful garden cottage

New Hope get away.

Overall, it was a pleasurable weekend stay at this str. The only negative is that the picture shown for the place, is not the place we ended up staying in. It was a picture of the owner's home (not the place we actually stayed) so it felt like a bit of bait and switch. There was some trim, electrical plates missing and a drywall repair in the bathroom that hasn't painted. Other than these items, the stay was nice. The owner was great, checked in after a storm to make sure everythung was good. The setting was also nice and would be great over the summer with the hardscaping and pool that wasn't open for the season yet. Would we stay here again. Yes, but we would have a different expectation going in.

Perfect for our stay

We came for a quick weekend and had to pack in a lot in a short period of time. The location was perfect for our needs- we didn’t have to waste a lot of time driving around and could enjoy our trip. Owner went above and beyond to help us when we had GPS issues and the property is beautiful. So appreciative of lots of towels and clean linens that smelled wonderful.

New Hope Cottage

Thanks to Ernest and Dan, our stay in their cottage was perfect. Location was 10 min from New Hope and 15 min from Peddlers village yet, the property is on a very quiet back street. The grounds are beautifully gardened with an accommodating pool. The cottage is comfortable and cozy. Will recommend to friends. Happy 75th birthday to Ernest.

When I asked if he had a space heater, the next day a brand new on was left by the door. Very kind and responsive. Helped carry my bags, which is not his task. Pro: clean, welcoming host Con: I thought the photo with the big windows was where I would be staying. The space was a converted garage to the side of the house. As a writer, I choose the windows or stay elsewhere after class.

Very comfortable and quiet

This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay during the Christmas holidays. The apt was lovely and clean and comfortable - are all qualities that are advertised. We appreciated that a minor problem in our reservation request, and likely our fault, was resolved cheerfully by the owner. While this is arecommendation during a cold blast in December, I imagine that the lovely garden is a bonus from fall to spring.

I am a Reiki Master, Intuitive reader, Spiritual Life Coach and facilitate healing through different modalities. I am a licensed real-estate agent in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I thought home staging in the community college and offer private home staging techniques for home owners. My latest interest is the art of Designer Cakes. I love animals and share my home with three Pekingese dogs [two were adopted from a shelter]. I am not enslaved by Politics or Religion. I allow people to express their individual contribution to our planet and hope they allow me that same respect. I enjoy reading self-help and philosophical books. My personal journey is to explore my inner self so that I can awaken to a higher consciousness.

The bus to New York City is located in Logan Square [less than 5 minutes from our location]. Center City Philadelphia is a 45 minute from our location.
