Welcome to Villa Santos, a charming four-bedroom residence, perfect for accommodating up to nine people and strategically located. Situated in the peaceful Urbanização das Arroteias, this villa invites you to explore the wonders of the local commerce and enjoy the Armação de Pêra Beach, which is just 4 kilometres away.

The property features a private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a small garden that provides you with the ideal setting to spend the day under the radiant sun. Additionally, it boasts an outdoor area equipped with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals prepared with local ingredients and dishes from the rich Portuguese cuisine.

Inside the villa, you will find a cosy living room, perfect for family moments after a day at the beach, a fully equipped kitchen that offers numerous possibilities for culinary enthusiasts, as well as a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Heading up to the second floor, you will discover three additional bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with double beds, including one suite, and there is a third bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom in the hallway, ensuring absolute privacy and comfort for truly unforgettable holidays.

Self-check-in:
· A week before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with house details (location and how to get the keys) and instructions to pay the safety deposit so you will be asked to provide your email

Emergency number:
· In your check-in will be provided with an emergency number to be used in case of urgent matters. This number will be sent by e-mail.

House Rules:
· 500 € as a safety deposit one week before entering the house. The amount will be refunded up to 1 week after check-out and will only be deducted in case of damage to the property.
· Pets are not allowed
· Smoking is not allowed
· It is not allowed for parties
· Minimum Age: 21 years old
