Absolutely beautiful place, we loved it!! Kay is so lovely and welcoming, and was ready to greet us upon arriving. The place itself, felt warm and homely with everything you need plus the added extra of the sweetest animals. They were delightful and a real hit with my children. The children were safe and happy to explore in the well cared for enclosed gardens while we relaxed in the hot tub . Everything was clean, and well looked after, we can't rate this place high enough, can't wait to go back 10/10

Great location - very peaceful and easy access to lots of interesting places. Good facilities but steps to access most rooms - novel layout not for those with mobility problems. Very friendly alpacas

We had the most wonderful Easter weekend in this Cotswolds haven. Perfectly placed to access Stratford Upon Avon and the beautiful Cotswolds towns. The cottage was absolutely perfect - clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hot tub was a real treat and our children loved feeding the alpacas and goat! We hope to visit again one day!

a wonderful stay, in a beautiful location. Accommodation was very comfortable with everything, and more, that you could want. Perfect position for North Cotswold with Blenhiem, stratford and Chipping Camden a long stones throw away.

This property is excellent, the communication with the owner is first rate the accommodation is exactly like the photos. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We had a fantastic time at this little Cotswolds retreat. Our host Kay was brilliant, going above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time. Highlights were the hot tub, and meeting the alpacas and goat!

We had a wonderful time at Kay’s property and she was very helpful. The kids loved the animals and there was so many beautiful villages near by to explore.

Kay was a great host, the house was spotless, we loved the animals and the rural location, it was quiet, we had everything we needed. There were no robes as stated, but apart from that, perfect in every way! The hot tub was great too and is quite big, the beds were comfortable and the en-suites are all quite roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful relaxing family weekend and would highly recommend. Kay was a brilliant host and very welcoming. The hot tub and alpacas were highlights for us, the children loved to feed the alpacas. The cottage was well equipped with everything you needed, including a laundry room which was a huge bonus. Location was ideal to get out on walks and supermarkets and pubs just a short drive awayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely getaway with alpacas

A lovely property in a quiet area. The kids had great fun feeding the alpacas and goat. Plenty of wood for the hot tub supplied. Owner is very friendly and explains everything. We'd love to come back.

Cotswolds Heaven

Great property, relly enjoyed meeting Echo, Biscuit and Jigsaw. Location is perfect with some wonderful pubs and restaurants on the door step. Kay was lovely and looked after us really well. Most definitely will stay again.

Beautiful settinng

Really lovely quiet setting with lovely accommodation and quiet gardens with friendly animals. Tennis court was excellent to use. Very clean accommodation and very friendly hosts. I would recommend this holiday to young and old
