This property lives upto and exceeds expectation. A quiet location yet still in easily walkable distance of the town. Views are simply stunning. Inside the kitchen is well appointed, bedrooms as described and living space luxuriously live-able. Outside large terrace and hot tub provide’s a fantastic space for outdoor time.

Marta was an amazing host - really the best. When we arrived I was taken ill and hospitalized for six days. My wife and Godson called on her constantly for logistical support but just as importantly for morale support right up until I was released. Even the housekeeper and a neighbor went above and beyond, helping with our luggage. The apartment was extremely comfortable and sparkling clean and was accurately described in the listing. We enjoyed grilling on the rooftop deck in the evening and splashing in the pool during the day. Following the thorough descriptions we tried several local restaurants and markets. The experience was first class as Marta checked in with us frequently during our stay and even after we moved on. Thank you for everything Marta - you are a top landlord !Eugene and Anita

We enjoyed out 10 day stay in this Fuseta condo. Everything was as outlined in the listing write up. Excellent communication with the host. The unit was walking distance to town for groceries, restaurants and exploring the many trails. We were disappointed on not being able to use the hot tub due to weather and it seems the water wouldn't really get warm enough to enjoy. Great views from the rooftop and balcony. 2 couples or small family could stay here comfortably. Great to have stayed in Fuseta and hope to return someday.

Can't Wait to Return

Wonderful spot in a laid back and beautiful town. Everything in town is walkable and the apartment is as advertised. We spent way more time on the rooftop patio than we thought we would! Would love to return.

This is a lovely flat in a great location, with a view of the sea and only a short walk into town and the beach. We loved having a hot tub on the roof with its spectacular view. Our hostess was very responsive when one of us missed her flight and needed help getting in and when a handle broke off a door in the hallway outside the apartment. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit our friends nearby.

Wonderful view

Very nice terrace and exzellent view to the ocean and Ria Formosa. Also very silent and nice opportunity with the Kids to visit the central pool. Good walking distance to the centre and beach, with rental bikes even better. We will come back.

Fantastic holidays!

We had fantastic holidays in this beautiful apartment. It was very complete and spotless clean. We enjoyed the fantstastic views on the terrace (with the jacuzzi), the walks and biking tours in the beautiful area, the lovely village of Fuseta, etc… We would like to come a next year.

This was our third trip to stay in Marta’s apartment and everything, as usual, was top class. The apartment has been maintained to a luxurious standard, and nothing was too much trouble in terms of anything we needed in advance of or during our stay. I can’t recommend Marta highly enough as a host, and we will definitely be returning for a 4th visit asap.

Peaceful place for off season break

I stayed here in November. Understandably the complex restaurant was closed but the local town of Fuseta was a short walk away and train for trips further afield. The apartment was as described, views from the roof terrace were a highlight. I'd advise ear plugs if you are a light sleeper due to a cockeral crowing loudly each morning (nothing the apartment owner can do about that).

Fantastic views and communication

Had two weeks here in January. Views from living room balcony and roof top were fantastic. Apartment is as advertised. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outside space. TV and internet got us through a couple of stormy days. Communication with owner was excellent. Owner quickly answered any questions and was very flexible on our check out time. Would highly recommend!

Excellent apartment in the Algarve.

This apartment is the perfect location in the Algarve Region of Portugal. Easy to take day trips to beautiful locations in the Algarve. Located within easy walking distance of all the features you will want to see in Fuseta. Marta, the owner, is always available and gives excellent advice on grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Very helpful. The apartment has everything that you could need.

Delightful property with everything provided you could possibly need.

Marta has thought what her guests would like and provided it , whether it be information(excellent) outside seating, heating for cold evenings, equipment or towels. Property located just a couple of minutes from the walkway into either the salt pans - loads o flamingoes or fiesta. Full marks.

What a find!

Returned to Marta's lovely apartment in May this year. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with lovely views from the panoramic balcony. The season is just beginning, so not too busy. We now know where everything is, so felt very at home. We used the local train to visit Tavira , Olhao and across to Spain. We can't wait to return!

The apartment was spacious and has a great roof top terrace with fantastic views across the Ria Formosa, a hot tub, and multiple seating areas. The apartment also had a separate balcony so plenty of space to sit and pass the time. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped. The main bedroom has a supersized bed which was very comfortable. The apartment is situated on the west side of Fuseta, about 15 minutes walk from the town centre, restaurants, beach and ferry to the island. The train station is a 10 minutes walk with regular trains to Faro and Tavira/Vila Real. The communication with Marta was great and it was lovely that we were met at the apartment and shown around when we arrived.

A wonderful property.

The apartment was in a fantastic position with incredible panoramic views. It was very well equipped and nicely furnished. We had a wonderful stay, made even better by Marta’s communication. Her neighbour was there to greet us and they cleaned the apartment mid stay. We had a few issues with our travel but Marta was so helpful and accommodating that it instantly made things so much better. We can’t thank her enough. We will definitely return to this beautiful home.

Fantastic views

The apartment is in a great location with unrivalled views, and Fuseta is a lovely area to visit. It is a 15 min walk into town / to the beach, and there is a fabulous tapas restaurant/ bar across the road. I'm sure this was a 5 star apartment a couple of years ago but we felt it is in need of a bit of TLC and maintenance. The facilities are good but a bit run down. We struggled with 4 adults and bunk beds; 2 singles would be much better. Given all of this we would still absolutely return to the apartment but as 2 adults.

Dog noise

Top floor apartment with great views but needed a deep clean and freshen up. Dirty hot tub, mould on curtains, shower and en suite needed a steam clean to remove mould and everywhere needs a re paint.Dog next door howling between two and five hours most days
